Excellent service I had a screw in the tire and was losing air. I pulled into the service area at 645 pm. They close at 7pm. He informed me of the cost and I proceeded to have the work addressed. He updated me along the way and had me out the door in no time. Great Service I had my Soul in for its 60,000 mile checkup. They explained everything, did a great job. They could not finish the full car detail so they just washed and vacuumed the car and put a note in the computer that I could come in any time and get my full detail at no charge since I already paid for it. The Service is great. The extended warranty they offer is ? The service team is great and they go out of their way to help you out. The warranty they offer is questionable seems certain things are only covered The service team is great and they go out of their way to help you out. I have had the driver side firewall wheel fall off and not be covered by either the original warranty or the extended warranty. They have replaced the blower motor, switch, rest foot plate, and shifter knob under the warranty. So time will tell how serviceable are the warranties. More
