Check engine light My car was brand new 2019.. within 1 week my check engine light was on... not so happy.. spent a little too long at dealership due to car being a week My car was brand new 2019.. within 1 week my check engine light was on... not so happy.. spent a little too long at dealership due to car being a week old I thought it would have been a priority.. anyway, was told lose battery connection and all is should be fine now?! Wasnt my battery light that came on the dash but check engine so makes me wonder ... service staff was very friendly.. washed exterior of car but still upset I had to spend my Sunday dealing with this issue. I know their staff sees a lot of customer but to have just been there a week ago and to have the people (finance, salesmen) etc that I had direct contact with have no acknowledgement of me was a bit crappy.. seems no staff cares about your time once they get the sale. And no one ever smiles. Just my opinion. More

Jenny, in service, took great care of me by keeping me informed of my car's status throughout the process. Due to having Hazard coverage, Fuccillo repaired my tire, which did have a nail it, and the restwas out in less than 2 hours during a very busy Saturday afternoon. Thanks Kia, you always follow through! More
Made It Right! I had a crazy Saturday morning, my car would not start at the airport after returning from a trip. I called Fuccillo Kia after a service company cam I had a crazy Saturday morning, my car would not start at the airport after returning from a trip. I called Fuccillo Kia after a service company came and jumped my car. Fuccillo fit me in on a busy Saturday and checked over my car and reported that it was indeed the battery. I had a little concern over the cost of the battery replacement, but I was eager to get my car fixed and to be home after a long week. I provided some feedback to Kia about my experience. On Monday, Nick called me and stated he had read my feedback, and he wanted to know more about my experience on Saturday. He also explained the reason behind the cost of the battery and offered to have my battery replaced elsewhere and to refund my $$'s. Who does this? - Fuccillo Kia does! Thank you, your service department is top notch and customer focused. And nope!! I did not opt to have my battery replaced elsewhere. I will not go anywhere else to have my Kia serviced. More

Horrible wait. No added value. I scheduled an oil change/service appointment for a Saturday. They said they had a time at 11, so I came in at 10:50. Then waited in the lobby until 1 I scheduled an oil change/service appointment for a Saturday. They said they had a time at 11, so I came in at 10:50. Then waited in the lobby until 1:45 for them to change the oil and spray my car down as a wash. It wasn’t even dried fully. Almost 2 hours and $50. Down the road there’s a place that will change oil in 20 minutes or less for $30. No reason to go here unless you need it dealer serviced. I don’t think you should need to wait longer than an hour if you make an appointment days in advance. I feel like it would’ve taken the same time if I would’ve just walked in. More
