Always great service here. I had an issue with the car not starting and had to jump start it and drive up to get a new battery.It was taken care of in a good amount of time. I was surprised that being in a lease (which only has 7 months left on it), that the battery wasn't under warranty. I did pay the $180 for a new one, that the tech advised me has a 3 year warranty - that doesn't really benefit me with only 7 months left on the lease. More

Oil Change Coupon I had a coupon for the oil change that included tire rotation and exterior car wash. There was nothing on the service receipt to indicate that a tire I had a coupon for the oil change that included tire rotation and exterior car wash. There was nothing on the service receipt to indicate that a tire rotation was done and the car certainly wasn't washed. The tire pressure was at 40 psi when I left the dealer and the car specifications say 34 psi so I had to let some air out. This only my second service visit and I was pleased with the first one, not as much this time. More

Oil change price Told by Service Advisor that they had no current specials. Untrue, I forgot my $5.00 off coupon which expires 10/31. Would not give me the discount. This has not been my first issue. Last time they lost my driver's side floor mat when they did the car wash. Prior to that they said my front brakes where a three. Less than 1000 miles later on a out of town trip. I have to replace both front rotors and brake pads while on vacation. There went my extra spending money while on vacation. Of course they gave me some song and dance that once the brake pads get to a three the wear down faster. Right less than a 1000 miles it is metal to metal. I feel their rates are higher for services because this dealership is always giving away free stuff. TVs Cruise's etc. Who is paying for that? It isn't the dealership. Hate Hate More
