I arrived on time for a 10 am appointment to have oil change with the multi point inspection. I requested in cabin filter to be replaced due to smell inside car. Also asked for left rear tire to be checked since it is always 2-3 pounds less than other tires. Person checking me in was pleasant, and helping out but had difficulty with computer system. I was in the waiting room between 4 and 5 hours without updates until after 3 hours. When discussing tire and asked about my tire hazard coverage I was told since I had purchased new tires it no longer applied. After insisting a couple of times that previously I had been told I had coverage she did check and found I did have coverage. Had I not insisted I would have had correct information. I did select to go to where I had purchased my tires so they would match but had to insist she check to make sure I could do that under my tire coverage. What I expected would be completed in 1-2 hours took 4-5 hours which I consider excessive. I had to check on what the status was and at that time she told me she was just going to get the paperwork ready. Of course additional fluid replacements were recommended which made the service call considerably more expensive. I cannot help but wonder if I was a man would I have been taken better care of and would the additional recommendations been made. At one point she even said to me “you probably don’t know what I’m talking about or even care about it” which I find insulting. I have worked with Jennifer before who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and good. Unfortunately she was not there for this appointment. I will schedule again also requesting Jennifer. I believe had she been there I would have had better service completed in a timely manor with ongoing status updates as other customers had with other schedulers. I wish a dealer closer to my home in Spring Hill could service tha Kia K900 - I would definitely go there instead. More

Humberto greeted me as I pulled in and listened carefully to my description of the symptoms. "I've seen this once or twice before", he replied. After setting realistic expectations, he followed up to keep me posted. Turns out a brake sensor went bad and it was covered under warranty. He recommended other maintenance that I was planning on doing within a couple months, so I got everything done at a very reasonable price. The car was ready when I arrived and the evil spirits have been exorcised. More

I bought my car new out of state and did not receive the same kind of service that is offered at this location. More

Great service! Kia Wesley Chapel has the best service center! I drive 40 miles to get there because I trust that my car will be taken care of. I have had bad experie Kia Wesley Chapel has the best service center! I drive 40 miles to get there because I trust that my car will be taken care of. I have had bad experiences at two other Kia service centers in the Bay Area. Ed my service advisor is fantastic. He explains everything in a way I can understand and shows me the parts. Dustin the mechanic takes time to talk to me about the issues my car is having and drive it with me to see the problem. He has fixed my car a few times when the other dealerships did not. I trust these two gentlemen 100% when it come to the care of my car. More
