JR Moore is a professional who treated me with respect and courtesy. His presentation on the test drive was excellent and very thorough - he was very patient to address all my concerns and questions. Overall a positive experience, especially with our sales woman Sonia Toulouse. She was great to deal with & a pleasure to speak to. A customer should never have to point out mistakes to the dealership on their own paperwork in regard to basic math but it is what it is. After two mistakes were made on the business end of the purchase they did rectify them appropriately and we were happy with the deal we got. If you want to deal with a great sales person see Sonia, you will not be disappointed. More
My car buying experience with this dealership was fine, but they have the worst service department. There is always only 1 guy working the service counter so you’re always waiting for them to get off the but they have the worst service department. There is always only 1 guy working the service counter so you’re always waiting for them to get off the phone or finish up with a customer. You just don’t get a sense of urgency that I’ve seen at other dealerships (I’ve recently owned a Honda and Mazda) so it's already a slow process. I recently stopped in because my windshield washer fluid wasn't coming out. I was told I needed to have the pump replaced and that they’d have to order the part. The service guy said it would take about 5 to 7 days for the part to get in and then they would give me a call to set up a follow up appointment. A week went by, I called and the part still wasn’t there. I never got a call from Kia and ironically the fluid started to work on its own. Today I called Kia for the heck of it to see if the part had come in (it’s now been a month). The guy put me on hold for a few minutes and said “oh yeah it’s in, do you want to set up an appointment?” I told him I was angry that no one had ever called me and all he said was, “I guess we’ll just send the part back”. If I didn’t have a prepaid service plan with Kia I would go somewhere else!! More

My wife and I were looking for a new Sorento. We had searched all over Tampa for the right model and in the process we were able to meet up with a Great Internet Director (Patrick Hernandez) who took th searched all over Tampa for the right model and in the process we were able to meet up with a Great Internet Director (Patrick Hernandez) who took the time to show us the different models and instead of being the "typical Salesperson" He listened to what we were really looking for. After about 3 hours, we were driving home in our new EX Sorento and we could not be happier with the entire process! I would highly recommend Precision Kia as well as their Internet Department for anyone looking for a new Kia. More
