POOR Treatment with HIGH PRESSURE I inquired about the price of a car over the internet, and a RUDE gentleman from PRECISION KIA responded to my inquiry by phone. It was an AWFUL EXPE I inquired about the price of a car over the internet, and a RUDE gentleman from PRECISION KIA responded to my inquiry by phone. It was an AWFUL EXPERIENCE! His first question was about much I wanted to spend, and how much money I made. Reluctantly, I told him how much I wanted to spend, but politely refused to tell him my salary. He REFUSED TO COMMUNICATE even the most basic information about the 2014 OPTIMA, until he was able to establish that it was something that I could afford. REALLY? My first impression of PRECISION KIA is to STAY AWAY. If I was treated in a DISMISSIVE manner over the phone, why in the world would I ever go there in person? The gentleman with TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE asked over and over for my personal information. When he realized that I wasn't going to reveal my personal information, he closed the conversation by telling me if I wanted the information, then I better come in and get it. I intend to AVOID PRECISION KIA. More

Not just with our new 2015 KIA Sorento but with the way we were treated like guests at a home. We were served promptly and with undivided attention. We came in late and when it was raining Chemeka didn't let that phase her willingness to help and show us around a few different Sorentos on the Precision KIA lot. We were in and out in a little over 2 hours and left in the SUV we came to get. The entire team worked with smiles and a warmth that made us feel welcome. This is the best dealership I have ever been to! Not only was everyone accomodating but I felt as if I was part of a family.
