Money Saving Miracle When I walked into Fucillo Kia of Wesley Chapel, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I had my guard high thinking this was just another shark-infested d When I walked into Fucillo Kia of Wesley Chapel, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I had my guard high thinking this was just another shark-infested dealership. The first salesman I met was Devin Williams, who escorted me to the person I was looking for - Lyzbeth Jones of the Internet sales team, who introduced herself with a smile and a friendly and welcoming demeanor. She left me in the capable hands of Devin, and as Devin began to inquire about my visit, I felt comfortable letting my guard down as he made me feel that he was there for me, and not the other way around. After a brief description of why I was there and what I was "hoping" for, Devin respected my wishes and immediately proceeded with accommodating my requests. At this point, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I still had my guard up. Devin was not pushy, never interrupted me when I was talking, and made sure to pay close attention to what I was saying taking mental notes along the way of what was important to me during my visit. When it came to the "working the numbers" part of the car buying experience, it was Jorge Morfa from the finance department who spoke with me. ...and he spoke with me with honesty, integrity, and a sense of encouragement that he was going to do everything in his ability to make something happen, and to make my one and a half hour trip to Wesley Chapel worth my drive, and my time. It took some time, as to be expected, and viola! ...Jorge stepped out of his office with an open hand and a smile. I couldn't believe it! I was able to get out from my gas-guzzling 2001 Chevy Tahoe and into a BRAND NEW 2016 Kia Forte LX! The savings, the reliability, and above all, the excitement I felt made me feel like I had hit the lotto! Lyzbeth, Devin, and Jorge were able to see me as someone who would and could benefit from this vehicle, instead of just another FICA number and a first name! They made my buying experience one that I will be recommending to anyone and everyone! If you're reading this review wondering if you should, I can attest that yes, you should. Make sure to ask for Devin Williams. His product knowledge, attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and willingness to go above and beyond make him a star sale's consultant. ...and I use that title because he's not there to sell to you, he's there to help you. Devin approached us from the parking lot very friendly and assisted us right away looking at pre-owned vehicles in our price range. We found a great car, a 2013 Hyndai Azera. Devin was honest and helpful during the whole process. He treated us like we were VIP. We were told we were financed quickly and the process was smooth. It was also nice seeing the owner there and meeting him from the commercials. I have already recommended two people to this dealership and will make more referrals.
