He insisted that we would could get the deal we were looking for with the new vehicle he was trying to sell us. I was very skeptical and again asked him, with our current situation, are you sure this is possible. He insisted and said yes we have deals x, y, z going on so we can get that car to our price range. Now I know that car salesmen usually have a priority in getting a sale, but this guy totally was selling a lie and not listening to us about what we wanted and what our price range was. We found this out when the sales manager came out looking at us like we had no clue how car loans work. It so happened that Derek went in and gave the sales manager numbers that we did not agree too after explaining what numbers we were set at. Derek did not mention any features or anything about the car, we had to probe and ask him. During the test drive he was just riding along enjoying the A/C as if it were his break time or something. His sole purpose was to make a sell. He paid no attention to the customers needs. Do not waste your time. I recently purchased a car from Parks Ford right next door. Ask for Rob Vido. He was upfront and made sure that we got the best deal possible and was not as concerned about the sale as he was about making sure we were satisfied with our purchase. I would also suggest going to Mazda of WC and ask for Dennis. Although we did not purchase a vehicle from him, it was a great experience and I didn't feel like I was being lied to. We told Dennis what we were working with and he made sure we comfortable with our options. The only thing that kept us from purchasing from Dennis at Mazda was we didn't really like the car we were looking at. More

I drove from Port Saint Lucie on the East coast to shop at Fuccilloo KIA since I heard of the great deals and fantastic treatment! Pat Gomez meet us at the door and from that point to the point I drove of the lot Pat took care of us and was very straight forward and honest with us, He tried to get us the best deal and took the time to listen and work to get us the best possible value for our money. For his honesty and great treatment we bought a new vehicle and will definitely be back to get our next car from them! Thanks Pat. More

I made it a point to ask both of them THREE TIMES EACH.... BOTH LIED to me = straight to my face. I checked my credit report today and lo and behold - a hard inquiry due to Fucillo Kia of Wesley Chapel. So I called today and spoke to Bellamy (or another manager's name I can't pronounce" told me that they had done nothing wrong. I asked to speak to his superior and of course - guess what "he's busy at the moment"... so he was supposed to call me back within 30 min and it's been 4 hours now and nothing. So then I called BOB PITTON and asked him why he ran my credit when I specifically said not to and of course he lied and made up some story about how I authorized it yet I didn't. I asked if that's their normal thing to do to run someone's credit without their consent and he HUNG UP ON ME. I WILL NEVER OWN A CAR OR EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP EVER... Don't go to Fuccillo Kia of Cape Coral I had the worst experience at Fuccillo Kia of Cape Coral. I leased a vehicle 3 years ago and when I came into their location interested in buying the I had the worst experience at Fuccillo Kia of Cape Coral. I leased a vehicle 3 years ago and when I came into their location interested in buying the vehicle out, I dealt with extremely rude and disrespectful staff members. First of all the number that was given to me was completely unreasonable for the type of vehicle and the loan amount. Instead of explaining how they came out with the absurd monthly payment, they questioned me on how I came up with my preference monthly range. The salesman then grabbed a finance person who came out to me and tried to talk me into leasing another vehicle, which I clearly stated I did not want. After speaking to me VERY briefly, he crumbled the paperwork in front of my face and with a smirk on his face, shook my hand and said "Have a great day." A few days later I went to my personal bank to buy out my lease and my payment was 50% less than what Kia came to me with. My bank then told me that I needed to get my buy out paperwork done through the dealership and faxed over in order to get my process going. I called Fuccillo Kia (while in front of the individual at the bank and on speaker) and spoke to a man named "Jerry" who told me that he was too busy to help me because it was a Friday afternoon and proceeded to hang up one me. I will NEVER return to this dealership and will NEVER suggest anyone to go to Fuccillo Kia of Cape Coral. I have never been treated in such a manner. Instead of "Mr. Huge" spending all of his money and resources on ridiculous commercials, he needs to have a better screening process when hiring his employees and show that he actually cares about his customers. After my brother went in there and talked to them they did give me a rental car which they should have done to begin with and said it was going to be another week. (of course it wasn't done in a week) After that week had passed they called me the next day and said it would be ready either Thursday or Friday and they would call me. I Hadn't herd from them at all. I was told my car was "done at least 3 times, I would go to pick it up and there would be several things wrong for instance my car was never cleaned, the door STILL does not shut properly, the panels don't line up. ALL IN ALL WORST BODY SHOP. Oh and might I add, Dave and Quincy did not communicate well what so ever. I can not express how dissatisfied I am with the service. *Never take your car to precision KIA body shop Wesley chapel.* More
