We visited this dealership today to get information about their electric vehicle. The sales person and the sales manager were very friendly and helpful at first, even though they were not terribly knowledge their electric vehicle. The sales person and the sales manager were very friendly and helpful at first, even though they were not terribly knowledgeable about the vehicle. As soon as they realized we were not going to purchase the vehicle today, they stopped giving us information, became very rude and couldn’t get us out fast enough. Really a shame. We are going to purchase this car soon but definitely not from them. They had a radio playing so loud it was difficult to talk with them. I couldn’t get out fast enough. More

Received a $13.5K to $13.75K cash value for my car from KBB, Edmunds, & TrueCar. The Vero Kia Sales Mgr called several times to come in after True Car sent him my valuation notice. I asked for a bare bones KBB, Edmunds, & TrueCar. The Vero Kia Sales Mgr called several times to come in after True Car sent him my valuation notice. I asked for a bare bones Kia Sorento S. ($32K). He quoted a bare bones LX model at $36K saying this is the base, which it wasn't,($30k) But he would not let me see the LX window sticker. I said OK price it up. The guy comes back and gives me a $10k trade value for my car and my total payment would be $36K which included the dealer KEEPING my car. Obviously, xxx!!! Got up to leave, walking out the door and he says I'll give you $15K for your trade. I said I already got that from the KIA dealer in Ft Pierce. He did the old bait and switch. on the S model to the cheaper LX. There must be a lot on dumb people in Vero if they fall for this baloney. So he missed a quick cash sale trying to screw an old guy. TrueCar sent him the cash value of my car and he still played games. Caveat Emptor! More

My husband and I have been looking at purchasing a new Kia carnival. We knew with the market we would more than likely have to build our own. So we called to see if we could just come in to test drive fir Kia carnival. We knew with the market we would more than likely have to build our own. So we called to see if we could just come in to test drive first. We told them multiple times we are not purchasing right now. We just wanted to make sure this is something we are interested in. Once we got to the dealership they tried to run our credit as if we were purchasing a vehicle. Then the model was the lowest trim level (LX) (which is fine, we just wanted to test drive) so when we asked our sales women questions about the Ex trim level (which has wayyy more features and what we would purchase) she just tried to convince us that we “needed” the LX (of course that was their only model in the lot). We also had our 2 yr old with us so we had to put the car seat in which seemed like such an inconvenience for them & wouldn’t let us even play the stroller in the trunk to see the size. After all of this when we walked back in after the test drive I had a few questions. My husband had some work calls and was outside. So one of the managers came over and talked down to me like I didn’t do my research before hand. We told them we had to leave because it was time for our child to eat and they called us multiple times every day. The saleswomen also was always confused when we called and mixed us up with other customers. The whole experience actually turned us off from buying a Kia at all because it was so aggressive. Finally blocked their calls and are looking at going to a dealership closer to us with much better reviews. More
