Most horrible service team ever. Tim is very unprofessional and a bully. If you have anything to ask do not ask him, he will call you rude and threaten you. If they had cameras where they store the vehicles they’re working on, they’d see TIM bully me and raise his voice with me as well as him TAMPERING with my car to fit his agenda. Hugo, his boss will stick up for TIM for some reason and tried to bully me as well. Threatened me with my rental. Oh and by the way I drive a 2022 Sorrento!!!! Sales team is phenomenal! Went in Saturday to look at a used suv with an advertised internet price of 38800.00 plus dealer fee and taxes. I was trading in my paid off 2018 camry since I had recieved an email day before from toyota si internet price of 38800.00 plus dealer fee and taxes. I was trading in my paid off 2018 camry since I had recieved an email day before from toyota side of the business (this dealer is both a toyota and kia) offering me 23000.00 trade in on my vehicle. upon arrival I was very clear as to I wanted to negotiate pricing before all else they took my car for appraisel and insisted I test drive suv so as to not waste there time and they stated not to worry they were going to take care of me when I got back.upon getting back sales mgr comes with offer. first off low balled my camry offering about 18000.00 I mentioned the email for 23000.00 he wrote it down stated he could work on that. But thing is the suv priced at 38800.00 isnt really 38800.00 its plus dealer fee 899.00 taxes ball park 1000.00 these fees are expected as we,ve grown to live with them, but here comes an additional 2900.00 un advertised add on fee for several other addons including warranties etc. I mentioned that I dont need or want any addon warranties,also this is a used car from subaru so there are no physical addons from kia or toyota . I was then told its not an option they are added on already regardless,was told give him a minute came back with no numbers just thanked me for coming in and sent me on my way . no numbers no negotiating no nothing. we were like 1800.00 apart until all the mysterious add on fees and the low ball offer . Mind you I came in with all the money paperwork etc. Basicly I was if not the easiest, one of the easiest sales of the day. but no effort placed on dealers side what so ever. Use caution when shopping I've dealt with small fees here and there hidden in the past but 2900.00 hidden fee is absurd,unethical,and robbery. Be Blessed shop wisely . More
I had the best experience purchasing a vehicle from Kia of Vero Beach. I can't say enough of how terrific Robert Jordan and Ralph Mandorina were. Robert was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I was all over the board with the vehicle I thought I wanted. He was patient with me and my indecisiveness regarding a car for me. But he came through and made it the best car buying experience I've ever had. Then when it was time for paperwork and signatures, Ralph was not only quick and knowledgeable, but he actually made what is normally an unpleasant part ot the transaction, fun and fast. Kudos to Bob Quail for having such a terrific staff. I was a repeat customer, and now it will be the only place I purchase a vehicle from. However, I love my K900 so much, I may never need to purchase another vehicle! I'll be bragging about your dealership and Robert and Ralph for a long time. Thank you all so much.
