I felt like I needed a shower the 2 times that I went to this Dealership. There were so many hidden fees that drove the cost of my car up $10000+. They blatantly lied to my face. I was given a payment and b this Dealership. There were so many hidden fees that drove the cost of my car up $10000+. They blatantly lied to my face. I was given a payment and by the time I signed off... apparently that increased by $250/mo. They have not returned calls, emails or texts. I have reported them to BBB, Florida Attorney General, and Vero Beach business Association and their bank. They jacked up my salary 2x so that I can have this humungous loan which flipped my credit to a negative equity of -$30,000. I can't even sell it. I own a $74,000 Kia that I hate the sight of. This dealership really xxxxed me over. Do yourself a favor...STAY AWAY!! More

I have been purchasing my vehicles from this particular dealership since 1998. I always have a wonderful experience. Recently on November 9th. 2023 Me and my daughters purchased a car and it went all goo dealership since 1998. I always have a wonderful experience. Recently on November 9th. 2023 Me and my daughters purchased a car and it went all good. The reason is that Mr. Kevin Summers he was our salesperson and he is amazing so as the finance manager. I am always happy to see Kevin and my girls were happy with his great personality. I definitely recommend to visit Kia of Vero beach. Awesome experience like always. More
Went to Kia of Vero Beach on Saturday morning 11-11-2023 from Melbourne to look at a 2022 BMW M440i Convertible.we met with Wil Bapriste who was our salesperson..Wil took the time to show us everything and from Melbourne to look at a 2022 BMW M440i Convertible.we met with Wil Bapriste who was our salesperson..Wil took the time to show us everything and a test drive and never pressured us one time..when negotiations started another gentleman Lou came and helped Wil with the paper work and helped put the deal together..then we went into the business office and met Sandro the business Manager who did the paper work and got us delivered promptly..Our experience with Kia of Vero Beach was very good and easy and would definitely purchase from them again and recommend them to everyone we know…Plus we bought an Amazing BMW!!! I called up because my EV6 was do for an 8,000 miles service and it had 2 KIA recalls. When I called they said there were 5 recalls not 2. I asked about a loaner, I spoke to 4 different people who kept service and it had 2 KIA recalls. When I called they said there were 5 recalls not 2. I asked about a loaner, I spoke to 4 different people who kept telling me to speak to the service advisor. The last person I spoke to was from their Toyota rental Dept who was transferred to. He said to speak to the service advisor when I get there. I got there for my 9:00 appointment and the service advisor said they have not had loaners for several years. I actually had a loaner from. them when I purchase my car because they wanted my trade in prior to delivery of my EV6. Why did not one of the people I spoke to on the phone tell me no loaners? I had to leave because I had to give my 17 year old dog 7 different prescriptions for her heart and kidney issues. I would never have gone there for service today if one if them had been honest with me. More
