I recently had a disappointing experience at Kia of Vero Beach. I was shocked to discover that they were charging three times the manufacturer's suggested retail price for an oil filter. I felt like I needed a shower the 2 times that I went to this Dealership. There were so many hidden fees that drove the cost of my car up $10000+. They blatantly lied to my face. They jacked up my salary 2x so that I can have this humungous loan which flipped my credit to a negative equity of -$30,000. I can't even sell it. I own a $74,000 Kia that I hate the sight of. This dealership really xxxxed me over. Do yourself a favor...STAY AWAY!! More
