Poor customer service Last October, I took my Kia Sorento in because the front end was vibrating. The tech told me the interior of the tires were "falling apart" and they could not help me because I didn't buy the car there. So, I drove to Ft. Pierce where the car was purchased and their service dept told me there was nothing wrong with the tires. Last month the windshield washer was not working, so I took it to Kia of VB and they cleaned it out and the staff there were very nice. On the same day, I drove a new 2019 Kia and bought it the next day. There were several mx-ups that I won't go into here, but the bottom line is that one month later, they are still not resolved. The sales department /sales person/finance dept personnel do not return my calls. I may have to go there in person to resolve this issue. If anyone asks me for a recommendation, I cannot give more than a "fair" rating. You blew it. More

No pressure, pleasant car buying experience After being pushed around and disappointed by many sales representatives at other dealerships that try to force you into cars, I found myself standing After being pushed around and disappointed by many sales representatives at other dealerships that try to force you into cars, I found myself standing in this Kia dealership, and I'm so glad I found them. Although I didn't buy a Kia from them, the sales representative was extremely helpful and knowledge about about the vehicle. Ron never tried to pull the wool over my eyes, or make me feel pressured into buying the vehicle. Ron Yudess was respectful of my concerns, and addressed them professionally. He gave my plenty of space and time to work through the numbers and took the time to give me advice on how to manage the finances. Rick Johnson was also great when it got to the paperwork and numbers part. He made sure he took the time to explain all the documents to me, read them to me and answered all my questions. Rick went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with how everything was working out. As a car enthusiast, I never expected to be at a Kia dealership considering a car let alone buying it. But the people there are extraordinary and I would recommend them and the dealership to anyone interested in a new or used car. More

We had gone through other local dealerships and it always seemed to be a nightmare for us. We would inquire or walk into a car dealership and had constant people breathing down our neck and we felt pressured (which we despise), so we were reluctant to try one more time, but so happy that we did. We saw a vehicle that we were interested in on Kia of Vero Beach's website. We submitted an internet price quote (I highly recommend doing that for the best price!), which led us to Lindsey Dickerson (Internet Manager), and our experience was nothing short of smooth, amazing, and easy. We scheduled an appointment to come in and look at a vehicle through Lindsey. We got there, and met Joe Perry (our sales consultant) drove it (Toyota Sienna- aka The Swaggin' Wagon), and ended up buying it. We were in and out in 2.5 hours with a trade-in thanks to Lindsey, Joe, and Rick Johnson. Rick (finance manager) got us the best interest rate for our vehicle! We will always be current/future customers of Kia of Vero Beach. They made buying a new car so easy for our family! There was absolutely no pressure and everything was smooth sailing. We really appreciated it and highly recommend Lindsey, Joe, and Rick at Kia of Vero Beach. More
VERY Unsatisfied I set up an appointment to have a light looked at and fixed on my Kia Soul, still under warranty. The service department came out to look at it and blew it off as something totally different than what it was. Saying I had to go to a body shop to have it fixed. I am glad I went to the Melbourne location to have it fixed and they completely fixed everything. Vero did not even run through system and Melbourne let me know I had open recalls on my vehicle that they fixed. More

New Soul! By far this is the most pleasurable experience I have ever had in buying a car! Being upside-down in my current car I knew there was not much hope leaving with a new Soul at the same monthly payment as I had. After crunching numbers and some incentives added I was able to drive away in my new car. Yes, I had to put down more than I had planned; however, the end result was the sales staff exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this dealership over any other (prior I did go to another Kia dealership south of Vero Beach which I wouldn't even give a one-star rating to). For a no-hassle, no pressure kind of car buying experience this is your place! More

Fantastic,friendly and reasonably priced service. For the past 2 years, when I'm in Florida, I have my Kia Sorento serviced at Vero Beach Kia. On both occasions, I've dealt with Matt Krakowski and on both occasions, the man was friendly and forthcoming with information about my service requirements. On both occasions, when I left the dealership I knew that next year I would return. The service was fast, friendly and priced far more reasonably than it is back home. If you own a Kia and you're in Vero Beach and you're Kia is due for maintenance, bring it here. More
