Poor customer service Last October, I took my Kia Sorento in because the front end was vibrating. The tech told me the interior of the tires were "falling apart" and they Last October, I took my Kia Sorento in because the front end was vibrating. The tech told me the interior of the tires were "falling apart" and they could not help me because I didn't buy the car there. So, I drove to Ft. Pierce where the car was purchased and their service dept told me there was nothing wrong with the tires. Last month the windshield washer was not working, so I took it to Kia of VB and they cleaned it out and the staff there were very nice. On the same day, I drove a new 2019 Kia and bought it the next day. There were several mx-ups that I won't go into here, but the bottom line is that one month later, they are still not resolved. The sales department /sales person/finance dept personnel do not return my calls. I may have to go there in person to resolve this issue. If anyone asks me for a recommendation, I cannot give more than a "fair" rating. You blew it. More
