They were great until I refused to accept a higher payment then they wanted nothing to do with me. I have time left on my lease, so when I said I didn't want to go higher than what I was paying, they payment then they wanted nothing to do with me. Cancel purchase my car. Stated my comfort zone as far as monthly payment. Spent almost two hours with the salesman salesman went back and forth a couple of times with the finance department to get me the pr monthly payment. Spent almost two hours with the salesman salesman went back and forth a couple of times with the finance department to get me the price range I wanted salesman tells me he has it all worked out step this way ma'am or finance manager will take over from here I sit at the desk in front of the finance manager he's not friendly at all his attitude was of the person that was angry that he had to be there to do any type of paperwork or to assist a customer. He presents a stack of papers to me and the payment on the paperwork was $215 higher than what I stated as my comfort zone when I walked in the door. I traded in my Kia Rondo, with 100,000 miles, purchased from this dealer 14 years ago! Never had any problems with that car, loved it! I had some must haves, ( mostly a panoramic sunroof), Grey, automatic lift gate, etc. - Jason found me the perfect car! Got everything I wanted and lots more! Never any sales pressure, he is easy to work with, great guy. And Mosses Cantu, (finance manager), made everything easy, and quick, he really works hard! Both guys obviously love their jobs! Myself and my family have bought numerous cars from this dealer over the last 30 years, wouldn't go anywhere else! Enjoying driving around in my 2018 Kia Sportage, with the sun roof open, thanks Jason & Moses! More

I own a 2019 Kia Soul I purchased at this dealership. I scheduled my first maintenance appointment recently plus I needed to have the battery checked as it wasn't holding a charge with less than 6,000 mile scheduled my first maintenance appointment recently plus I needed to have the battery checked as it wasn't holding a charge with less than 6,000 miles on the car. I made sure to mention this prob when I scheduled my maintenance appointment. I arrived on time for my appointment, was immediately checked into service by a very pleasant gentleman. He explained to me what would be done to the vehicle & what this service visit would entail. I was then offered options of where i could wait while they evaluated & worked on my vehicle. He said he would report the findings to me when the eval was complete, which he did. His report to me was thorough to include a recommendation for a new AC filter. I was not pressured into getting any additional parts which I greatly appreciated. The faulty battery was replaced under warranty. I will give this encounter a high rating. Thank you! More
