I am on my second kia soul.probably the last.leased the first 36 mo no problems always serviced at vero kia always happy . This time i bought 50 k miles 1 yr to pay up till now no problems with car always first 36 mo no problems always serviced at vero kia always happy . This time i bought 50 k miles 1 yr to pay up till now no problems with car always serviced at vero.probably will do my own from now on.had a problem with cardboard gaurd under car.Rhett Riddle tried to blame me for the fact that it is coming loose .i did not go off road have flat or hit anything.I wss not aware that cardboard was used in the undercarriage of these cars probably why they dont hold resale value.I will pony up the xtra $ next time and buy Subaru or something meant to last longer than the payment. Was lied to by the Service Department Manager. Our 2016 Kia Optima has an obvious factory defect and they refuse to repair. I was told that my car was under warranty for 66 more days on the EBS when I got there it wasn't.Tried to get me to have checked and would be 100.00 just to check EBS. Had it checked for free 3 weeks ago days on the EBS when I got there it wasn't.Tried to get me to have checked and would be 100.00 just to check EBS. Had it checked for free 3 weeks ago. Was unable to give me a price if EBS was bad without charge to check it.Service tried to put breaks on did not need them just had checked with another service provider 3 weeks before I can in for recalls, received 3 calls about trying to buy a new car that day. Will not use service center again. I felt they were trying to take advantage of me. More

Cherry greeted right away! Was friendly and warm. I told him what I wanted he took me right to the car. I test drove loved it. While waiting for the paperwork since it was late manager Carlos sat with me and we enjoyed a pleasant conversation. I was in the car business for 12 years a few of them selling cars.
