Was lied to by the Service Department Manager. Our 2016 Kia Optima has an obvious factory defect and they refuse to repair. I was told that my car was under warranty for 66 more days on the EBS when I got there it wasn't.Tried to get me to have checked and would be 100.00 just to check EBS. Had it checked for free 3 weeks ago days on the EBS when I got there it wasn't.Tried to get me to have checked and would be 100.00 just to check EBS. Had it checked for free 3 weeks ago. Was unable to give me a price if EBS was bad without charge to check it.Service tried to put breaks on did not need them just had checked with another service provider 3 weeks before I can in for recalls, received 3 calls about trying to buy a new car that day. Will not use service center again. I felt they were trying to take advantage of me. More

Cherry greeted right away! Was friendly and warm. I told him what I wanted he took me right to the car. I test drove loved it. They were great until I refused to accept a higher payment then they wanted nothing to do with me.
