Claims it wants to provide the best customer service. Wife just returned from warranty service where they tried to tell her she need new brake shoes for our “certified” vehicle that we had for approximat Wife just returned from warranty service where they tried to tell her she need new brake shoes for our “certified” vehicle that we had for approximately 14,000 miles. When my wife questioned this he went back, and low and behold it was a different vehicle. Whoops! $ 350.00 “mistake” also suggested it needed somewhere between $ 682 and $ 746.00 worth of service. We paid for the most expensive warranty extension since I am 70 years old and wanted my wife not to have to worry about servicing the vehicle. Bumper to Bumper means anything that doesn’t wear out. Service experience was so special came home literally in tears, said she does not ever want to take the car in for service at this dealer ever! I took the car in 2 weeks ago for a tire fill and they didn’t notice any issues with tires. Told my wife needed new tires (not covered by road hazard coverage we also paid for) since tire had screw in side wall. Wife explained that we were told”covered everything” by finance man when we were finalizing coverages. Service man said “I don’t know what they told you, but it’s not covered” would suggest 1) Not dealing with this dealer, 2) don’t buyany extended coverage, save your money, put it in the bank. More
Would not go to this dealer ever in my life, bigoted salesmen who are blatantly obvious about their preference who they want to help, not to mention my daughter bought a car their after me and not only salesmen who are blatantly obvious about their preference who they want to help, not to mention my daughter bought a car their after me and not only did not get a referral fee, her car died 9 months later. Car was only 5 years old with 57k miles and needs a new engine and they don’t want to help? More
