Kia of Vero Beach

In 2022, I purchased a truck from Toyota Kia of Vero Beach using all my savings. As a single father of three, I desperately needed a vehicle for my kids, and the dealership required a co-signer, which m Beach using all my savings. From the very first day, the truck has caused me problems, and I have had to take it to the dealership multiple times. The engine has failed twice and has been replaced twice in less than two years. However, the dealership is unwilling to take responsibility or help me fix the issue, instead blaming me for the problems. One representative even told me it was not their fault once I left the lot, which I found very insulting and humiliating. I have reached out to everyone at the dealership, including the owner (Bob), general manager (Steve), operating manager, financial manager, service manager (Tim), and sales manager, but no one is willing to assist me. They have all dismissed my concerns. Instead, they suggested that I purchase another car and implied that I would have to make payments on both vehicles. Currently, I am paying $535 per month for a truck that is not working, and it will cost $6,000 to fix. I still owe $18,000 on the vehicle, which is a significant burden for me. I feel I have been treated horribly, and the dealership refuses to take responsibility for their faulty product.
