In 2022, I purchased a truck from Toyota Kia of Vero Beach using all my savings. As a single father of three, I desperately needed a vehicle for my kids, and the dealership required a co-signer, which m Beach using all my savings. From the very first day, the truck has caused me problems, and I have had to take it to the dealership multiple times. The engine has failed twice and has been replaced twice in less than two years. However, the dealership is unwilling to take responsibility or help me fix the issue, instead blaming me for the problems. One representative even told me it was not their fault once I left the lot, which I found very insulting and humiliating. I have reached out to everyone at the dealership, including the owner (Bob), general manager (Steve), operating manager, financial manager, service manager (Tim), and sales manager, but no one is willing to assist me. They have all dismissed my concerns. Instead, they suggested that I purchase another car and implied that I would have to make payments on both vehicles. Currently, I am paying $535 per month for a truck that is not working, and it will cost $6,000 to fix. I still owe $18,000 on the vehicle, which is a significant burden for me. I feel I have been treated horribly, and the dealership refuses to take responsibility for their faulty product. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to buy another vehicle, and my kids and I have been relying on rides and city buses. If you have any suggestions on what I can do, please email me at nccu05@live.com. They couldn’t care less about selling me a lemon. I understand the lemon isn’t their fault but they have yet to offer any help. They will just gaslight you if you have a true problem. The Service Dept. is great! The Service Advisors are very knowledgeable and always keep me informed of any issues found during inspections and repairs. Serg was espec is great! I highly recommend Vero Beach dealership. I bought my Kia Soul there and the was no pressure and they didn't hold me there forever like some dealerships. I had a great experience at Kia of Vero Beach. Chase and Tim answered all of my questions about my Kia with an explanation of what was the issue and how to correct it.
