I did not find the service department to be trustworthy. Several times I was giving reasons and told things that were untrue. Also seem to have a lack of understanding about certain aspects of EVs, includin Several times I was giving reasons and told things that were untrue. They did not have the ability to get the alignment done at any of their "sister" dealerships either, for a vehicle I purchased new from them over 6 months ago (other Kia dealerships do have this ability). More
