I have bought 2 Kia’s from this dealer, my car I have now they stated I owe more than it is worth I guess due to the current lawsuit and recalls bringing down the value. They was 900 dollar payment for a 35, they stated I owe more than it is worth I guess due to the current lawsuit and recalls bringing down the value. They was 900 dollar payment for a 35,000 car. I had a wonderful experience at Kia of Vacaville, mainly due to the superb service provided by Ismael Ayala. He was upfront about how long the diagnostics would take and handled a vehicle recall by quickly due to the superb service provided by Ismael Ayala. Ismael also arranged for complimentary Lyft rides to and from the dealership, which was thoughtful. My car was ready and detailed in under three hours, and I spent barely five minutes on paperwork.
