I scheduled this appointment about a week and a half ago, it was for a recall to fix something in the car that can apparently cause it to spontaneously combust! The person who checked us in was nice, but we it was for a recall to fix something in the car that can apparently cause it to spontaneously combust! The person who checked us in was nice, but we were there for over an hour before they told us that they didn’t even have the part. They told us that the car would be washed and vacuumed, but then told us they hadn’t done it yet. I was done and wanted to just leave. They didn’t attempt to reschedule me. More

Had a really nice experience here. My only work truck broke down over the weekend and as a small time contractor, i was tasked with trying to find a solution before Monday. I found a truck i liked online, coordinated with Max to stop by and take a test drive. That went smooth. I had a ball park number in mind for the overall process and between Max and Eric, they helped me meet my budget and drive home on a Sunday evening with a new truck before work Monday morning. They showed first class care for my situation and i would definitely recommend them and the rest of Kia Vacaville to anyone. More

Went in for a recall and had the best experience I have ever had at a service department. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, got my vehicle in right on time.
