This was by far the worst expert ever in a Kia Dealership. Recently relocated and my car needed service. I made this appointment weeks again. When I arrived I was told they were behind. My basic oil change took 3.1/2 hours so I had get a Lyft to take me back home. Screwed up my whole day. Then I had to call close to closing and was told my care was just being finished. Lyft driver took me back just before 6p (closing) and didn’t even receive a car wash. Worst experience ever. I’m not even comfortable with my car being thoroughly examined. I hated this experience so much that I will drive to another dealership miles away. Ridiculous!!!! I was told I can come back for my car wash btw… like who has time for that? More

Worst dealership ever. ..bought warranty and maintenance with my car...later I decided to cancel them... Horrible service by Edwin and Oscar they lied and make me drive for 2 hours telling me the car I was getting it was ready when I get to the dealership they didn’t even service the vehicle no windshield wiper drive for 2 hours telling me the car I was getting it was ready when I get to the dealership they didn’t even service the vehicle no windshield wipers and car needed to be detailed.
