Look out for these guys. Worst dealership and experience I have ever had. They charged me for every last thing they could and didn't point any of it out. I had an oil change with Kia Vacaville few times my car came out dry and out of oil after 3 thousand miles. I notice it when I heard something cranking inside the engine and I almost broke down in the midd came out dry and out of oil after 3 thousand miles. I notice it when I heard something cranking inside the engine and I almost broke down in the middle of the freeway. The steering wheel got lock and my engine stop and all the warning light came out of the dashboard. I almost got into an accident, luckily I managed my way out and the car keeps on running. I usually get an oil change every five thousand miles because its hybrid but like I said the engine is out of oil at three thousand miles. I hope this send a message to all who is getting a service at this place. This guys are not trustworthy of your personal vehicle, they do this to get you into a heavy repair and expenses. I hope this people suffer from they do wrong to its customer. More
I was going to write a very long and detailed review but it would have been huge. Long story short me and a friend each bought a car from Vacaville Kia. Our sales person Miranda was nice but didn't listen. it would have been huge. Long story short me and a friend each bought a car from Vacaville Kia. Our sales person Miranda was nice but didn't listen. I had to ask three times to get a value for my car. On the third time she came back saying they would have to run credit before giving me a value for my car. I refused to run credit until I knew what they would give me for the car. Finally they came back with an agreeable value so I bought The Kia Seltos I liked. I gave them my 10 day pay off for my loan. They didn't pay off the car in that 10 days. Then my payment came out of my account om Saturday. The finance guy Paolo said he would get that handled and apologized. He said he would call me back on Monday. He didn't call me. So around noon I called him and he seemed surprised I was calling. I asked him what happened. He said he would look into it and call me back. This went on back and forth with him saying he doesn't know how this happened and he was emailing and calling people. So then around the 20th of October i got the title from VW showing I owned the car. So i called and told Paolo that I now had title on the car and have not been refunded for the payment and the interest that was taken. He asked if I could send the title and i said I would when I got my money back. I also asked him and had been asking since the payment was taken out of my account, if they could give me a set of rubber floor mats for all this trouble. He said he was talking to the Service manager and the business office about that. That is what he has been telling me the whole time. So on 11/05/20 I received my check from VW for the overpayment of my loan. I called Paolo and told him I received my check. I asked him if he made progress on the floor mats and he said he was still working on it and we would all me back and let me know. I never heard anything from him. So on 11/6/20 I called and left him a message asking if he heard anything and for him to call me and let me know. As of 11/21/20 I have not heard from him. On 11/17/20 The DMV clerk called me and said there was an issue on the paperwork and she needed me to sign a form. I told her that I have title for the vehicle still and she asked for that. I told her that I have been trying to get ahold of Paolo about that and told her everything that had happened. She was very nice and listened to me and was apologetic. She said she was going to have the GM reach out to me. I also have not heard from him as of 11/21/20. This is a very terrible dealership. It is very unprofessional. When you call the main line, no one identifies them self. They just say "Vacaville Kia". Paolo is terrible at returning calls when he says he will. You will 90% of the time have to keep calling him. I never heard from our Salesperson Miranda and neither has my friend who bought a car the same day. If I could go back in time I would have bought from Elk Grove Kia or Folsom Kia. More
So far it has been great working with Rocco, honest and upfront and goes out of his way to get you in to a car. I came to him after I wasted hours sitting at Nissan of vacaville, he did more in 30 mins the upfront and goes out of his way to get you in to a car. I went in needing something more reliable then what I have as I have children that I take to the doctors 2 hours away from my house that have special conditions he understood my needs and got me into something that would be perfect for traveling not to mention my credit isn't the best and he worked hard for me. I'm so happy and grateful for Rocco I have bought cars before but never from someone that actually really cares as much as he does. He is definitely all about making his clients happy. THANK YOU so much Rocco your the best!! You rock I am so happy with my car and proud that I get to have something so nice. I will never go to another person for any other car!! Thank You again Rocco. The level of compassion and honesty he showed and he is so cool and funny I would recommend my friends and family to go back and get the car they want by only working with Rocco. I cried happy tears when he handed me the key to my new Mercedes-Benz and made me feel so proud of myself that I did it!! I got the car of my dreams when others would turn me down and say you should try looking for a different car, something more cheaper basically get something you dont want and not be happy in.
