I had a wonderful experience at Kia of Vacaville, mainly due to the superb service provided by Ismael Ayala. He was upfront about how long the diagnostics would take and handled a vehicle recall by quickly due to the superb service provided by Ismael Ayala. Ismael also arranged for complimentary Lyft rides to and from the dealership, which was thoughtful. My car was ready and detailed in under three hours, and I spent barely five minutes on paperwork. Ismael's professionalism and commitment to making everything as smooth as possible really stood out. I highly recommend him for his dedication to customer care. More
