I was getting a CEL on my 2016 Kia Forte. I took it in on Feb 19 2025. I was assured that everything would be taken care of under warranty, even the rental car. On the 28th I picked the car u I took it in on Feb 19 2025. I was assured that everything would be taken care of under warranty, even the rental car. On the 28th I picked the car up, on the way home the CEL light came back on. Turned around and took it back. Now they want receipts for oil changes, I do basic maintenance myself and kept the purchase records and kept records in the owners manual. (I'm 62 and did machine maintenance for my entire adult life). I wait a few days, call, leave a message, No one returns my call. TWO WEEKS go by like this. I drive to the dealer to find out the service rep had left the company the previous week. NO ONE CALLED ME. I called Kia HQ, they advise me to take the car to another Kia dealer. They start another case, warranty denied. To say the least, I will NEVER own another Kia again. More

The money i have had to fork out since getting this car only a year ago is insane and now I can't even drive it or anything until I come up with the money to pay for it! Lies, lies, lies!!! The service dept never answers their phone when you call; you can only leave a message. I left one this morning 10 minutes after they opened. It's now 30 minutes until they close for the day and they've still not called me back. I am going to try to get a refund on the service package I bought from them because deaing with them is so frustrating that I'd rather take my car just about anywhere else at this point. More

Got Lucky and Met Thomas Ritari at Streetsboro Kia I was passing through Kent, Ohio, when I ran into major engine problems in my 2016 Sorento. I limped into Streetsboro Kia where I met the counter-guy, I was passing through Kent, Ohio, when I ran into major engine problems in my 2016 Sorento. I limped into Streetsboro Kia where I met the counter-guy, Thomas Ritari. He was great. Despite being late on a Sunday, he worked hard to get me a loaner car, that I drove for the next two weeks. The repair of my Sorento required bringing in major parts from far away. He worked with the local and remote Kia management chain to make things as smooth as possible for me. He kept me informed of the progress on the repair of my car. The repair was completely successful, and, because of Thomas Ritari, surprisingly economical. He really knows his stuff. More
