Called in advance to verify the vehicle we saw on the website was still available. Esmeralda answered and right away there were communication issues. Once we arrived to the dealership in person, we were automatically paired with Esmeralda who again repeated herself multiple times. When it came to discussing financing options, my husband said multiple times we were after the best rate. Esmerelda did not appear to understand this concept and proceeded to ask about what monthly payment we were comfortable with even after saying we did not care about the monthly payment. Esmeralda’s listening skills need improvement. She also pushed receiving a raving review at least 5 times which was extremely off putting to me given her performance. Had we not walked in with the intention of purchasing a vehicle that day, we would not have bought a vehicle from Esmeralda. The man who did our financing was great! He was friendly and efficient at his job. More
