Wow - super poor customer communication. Lack of follow-up with customers. Like working in a time warp. No return calls, emails, texts, very slow and bad. My family is not use to this type service, nowhere to even park when bringing car in for appointment service. You should consider more land, a break and or waiting room, friendly staff, customer appreciation, staff that helps callers and walkins and even folks with an appointment. Unreal. More

They diagnosed the battery and replaced it, car starts right up now! They also let me know my brake pads need replacing but that has to wait until next month when I have a bigger paycheck.
