I have taken my car in for service since 2016 when I purchased my vehicle. I have never had any issues but this visit felt deceptive and heavy on the upselling of services. I can't comment on the rest of the dealership, but the service department diagnosed and repaired my recent problem quickly. My "home" dealership's service department had 3 shots at it but couldn't even di service department diagnosed and repaired my recent problem quickly. My service manager at Kia South Austin, Salvador Ortega, was very personable, knowledgeable and actively listened to my description of the problem so the technician could get to the diagnosis quickly. If they weren't so far from my home (in SanAntonio), I'd definitely use them all the time! More

Jonathan was very friendly and explained everything clearly. He advised about what my car needed but was not pushy. He offered me an Uber ride and my car got a wash. Everything was great!
