This past weekend, I bought a used Dealer Certified 2023 Kia Sorento I found online from KOSA. Our sales rep., Jose Urrutia, who’d only been with the dealership for 6 weeks, did an excellent job; answering Kia Sorento I found online from KOSA. Our sales rep., Jose Urrutia, who’d only been with the dealership for 6 weeks, did an excellent job; answering all of my questions, quickly getting answers for the questions he didn’t know and following up after the sale! The finance group was outstanding as well with all of the same issues. The entire experience was great, easy and painless! If only the entire industry could figure out how to do this in less than 3 hours…. Oh well, I guess we can’t get everything - but thrilled nonetheless with this experience. Nice job Jose.
