Hi John, When I left the same review on Google, you responded and included your email address. I took a screenshot of the review and emailed it to you, including a phone number to reach me. You called shortly thereafter. We did speak about the details of my experience. You admitted that you had "dropped the ball" and offered no reasonable explanation for the 50 days your service department has now had my car. You sent me to Enterprise to get a temporary rental car, which I have, but at the time of our chat, you could offer nothing for my time or inconvenience in this experience. Your service department still has my car, and I have no timeline on getting it back. You promised to circle back. I hope you will.
