Our 2020 Kia Sportage was broken into with the intent to steal I'm sure. The outside door lock was punched out and the ignition switch was laying on the floor. Servicing and Maintenance of Kia Sorento Lawrence, the person who checked us in, was able to extend some savings on a number of items that needed attending regarding my Kia Sorento. One of the main items was that the last time I was there, I was told that I needed to have the pump/motor replaced on my windshield wipers because the fluid would not spray. I delayed having it addressed until yesterday; however, the technician discovered that the dispenser was plugged with gunk. He was able to clean it thereby saving me nearly $200. The Service Department extended some other savings as well. Appreciate that these several considerations were extended to us. More
