Hyatt took over and was very good up to the sale. There were no floor mats in the car. Was told they would order premium mats for me. 10-12 days went by with no communication. I stopped in to ask in person about mats because my text/question was ignored. If it wasn’t the car I wanted I would have gone elsewhere. Don’t overbook the sales. More
