Ben Desjardin was 100% best salesperson I have ever had in purchasing a new car. I was not sure what kind of vehicle I was going to buy, SUV or Sedan. I made an online appointment for the recall service a month ago. When I went to the dealer, the assigned advisor no longer worked there which I can understand. I had to leave the vehicle at the dealer month ago. When I went to the dealer, the assigned advisor no longer worked there which I can understand. I had to leave the vehicle at the dealer since they no longer provides shuttle service. Later that day I learned that the dealer did not have the part for the recall service, and they had to order the part. This means I have to go back to the dealer and leave the vehicle with them again What is the point of online appointment if no one checks what needs to be done before the actual repair date. More
