Great selection and great customer service! Very happy with my new Sorento! Fidel Martinez was wonderful, super knowledgeable about the car I wanted. Our experience at Kia of Round Rock was one that warranted this review. Alex was the salesperson that reached out to us when we first inquired about the Telluride after going through 4 other Kia dea warranted this review. Alex was the salesperson that reached out to us when we first inquired about the Telluride after going through 4 other Kia dealership through the internet. He was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process from the initial contact on 13 Jan 2022. He took the time to research and find a vehicle that included everything on our wishlist, down to the color of our dream car the 2022 Telluride, by the next day we were at the dealership reserving our car. For us the hardest part was waiting for our car to come in. Feb 5, 2022 we finally got the call from Alex that our car was in. Even though we waited for about 4 hours and didn't leave till almost 10 pm because they only had one finance advisor with many customers. Alex went over everything with the SUV and made sure we understood the operation and options of the Telluride and even bought us snacks. Once we got to see Kendall the finance advisor, he apologized for the wait, made the process easy and ensure we understood every paperwork that we were signing. Got us out fast without feeling rushed and congratulated us for the purchase and our anniversary, he was great too!!! Thank you Kia of Round Rock TX! More
