Outstanding Customer Swervice!!! We were welcomed the minute we drove up to the dealership. A Southwest Kia employee was outside when we got out of our vehicle and greeted us and held We were welcomed the minute we drove up to the dealership. They immediately paged our salesman that we had spoke to on the phone, but he was busy with another customer, so Michael Ochoa immediately took over and ask us what we were looking for and proceeded to show us the vehicles that we were interested in. We test drove the vehicle that we were interested in and proceeded to look at financing and payment options. Everyone was very helpful and attentive. We purchased the vehicle and returned a couple of days later to pick up our vehicle and the service was very good , just as it was when we purchased the vehicle. It is refreshing to see that there are still some places that value customer service and strive to make their customers happy.
