I Found The Perfect Salesman Like most women, I don't like going to dealerships to buy a car. I've purchased most of my cars at this dealership since I was 17, but I must say, I Like most women, I don't like going to dealerships to buy a car. I've purchased most of my cars at this dealership since I was 17, but I must say, I still had problems with pushy salesmen and hated going there. But I must tell you about my salesman, Humberto Vanegas, Jr. He's young, but very intelligent, knowledgeable and friendly. He was not pushy and dealt with all of my concerns. He went above and beyond for me in getting me the car that I truly wanted. When I stopped into the dealership today to see if my license plates had arrived yet, he came out to my car and talked with me. Then when I questioned him about a few of the features, he got into the car and set everything up for me in a few minutes. He is truly a great addition to this dealership and I recommend to anyone buying a car, to ask for Humberto because he will listen to you and your concerns and then help you resolve them one by one. Best Car buying experience of my life! I'm 50 and have bought a few new and used cars in my life. I was kinda dreading even looking for another car, but my experience with Maroon Kia, and specifically Peter Siekierski has completely surpassed my expectations. I had a 10yo minivan that was starting to cost too much to maintain, so I happened to drive by and stop in one evening and met Peter. From the first moment I was surprised at his friendly, helpful attitude, and it just got better from there. I'm a busy business owner and Peter drove an SUV to my office so I could test drive it! After that, he communicated with me easily via telephone and email to gather info and answer my questions. After a week of test driving and researching other SUVs, the simple fact was the price, value and warranty Kia provides is unmatched for ALL american cars. The first certified pre-owned Kia Sorrento I test drove with Peter was the car I ended up buying. Everything they quoted me was right on, and completing all the paperwork was a breeze. In spite of being on a tight budget, I was able to get a great deal, AND get the car I wanted. I picked it up on Saturday, and have been over the moon ever since. From start to finish we were treated honestly, with kindness and there is a sincerity among the sales staff and an ease about the purchase process. We were never misled, told the exact price from the beginning (no hidden surprises when signing the papers) and Humberto Vanegas is THE BEST salesman that we've worked with! All of the staff that we worked with Humberto, Charlie, Vinnie and Akmal were wonderful. They were SO wonderful that we brought our grandmother in a week later to lease her first car in 20 years! Now we have a Sorento and a Soul in the family. Not only is Kia my favorite SUV that I've ever had, Maroon is hands down the best dealer that we've ever been to. We love Kia and we love Maroon! Customer Service is A+++, Honesty A+++ and the overall atmosphere of the dealer is very relaxing and really made us feel like family when we walked in. More

Don't Go I was told not to buy a Kia but I didn't listen. My Kia has a big flaw in the paint job and Kia Motor and Maroon Kia DO NOT CARE. Amazing how fast they turn their backs on customers. I can't wait to junk this piece of crap and go back to Nissan. It took Kia 3 weeks to even process my claim and only after follow up phone calls. When they called me back, Peter the service manager offered no comments other than Kia said they aren't going to do anything for you. I NEVER had that problem with Nissan. More
