We had a 2011 Kia Soul and we were returning it to Maroon with the hope of leasing another Kia. We were immediately met with A SMILING AND VERY CHEERFUL SALESMAN by the name of HUMBERTO VANEGAS. His cheerful and helpful demeaner as we sat at his desk to discuss our purpose in visiting Maroon Kia made us feel confident, comfortable and content with our desire to re-lease another Kia at Maroon.. Humberto answered every question or concern we had regarding the process of leasing a new vehicle. I can honestly tell you that your stellar salesman had EVERYTHING TO DO with my family''s decision to re-lease another Kia vehicle at Maroon--especially the Soul model since our initial lease was for a Kia Soul. Throughout the process of picking out the features we wanted, as well as other important matters, Humberto remained smiling and upbeat no matter what the task at hand was. Humberto should be considered a role model since he has every quality a car salesman should have. His knowledge regarding the varied models and features of Kia's fleet was very impressive. Humberto is not a "typical" car sales person--he is an exemplary model of what every car sales person SHOULD strive to be. We never felt hurried or under pressure--qualities that are far too common in other sales people I have met. (My family has been buying and/or leasing vehicles for over 32 years) I feel that Kia should be aware of this young man's exceptional qualities as a wonderful person, in addition to his skills as a salesman. Humberto actually made us WANT to lease a new Kia --his positive energy and overall attitude is the main reason we decided to re-lease a 2014 Kia Soul at his dealership. His honesty, kindness and extensive knowledge regarding the product he is selling are qualities that a large percentage of sales people do not have or use. Humberto's confidence in the high quality of the Kia fleet shine through. He is some one who would never need to resort to pressure tactics or other damaging behaviors that are so pervasive in many car dealerships. Peter Siekierski was so helpful the "multiple " times we visited the dealership from going over safety features and what features are needed for a first time car owner. Thank you Peter for all you have done to make my daughter comfortable with her new wheels. Thanks for searching high and low for her vehicle it meant a lot to us and so thankful that you found the "perfect car". The entire staff was helpful from Peter our salesman to Uncle Vinny couldn't of asked for a better experience. More

Fortunately, there was no need for concern as Maroon delivered everything they promised and there were no surprises. It truly was a very pleasant and relaxed experience. The staff is friendly and they delivered a well prepped car, provided low cost financing, demonstrated the car's features and handled all the registration and insurance issues. We simply drove in the dealership with our old car, and drove out with the new car in a little over an hour. There were no games of gimmicks. The only negative I can share is that the finance guy is a little high pressure on trying to sell the extended warranty services. More
I Found The Perfect Salesman Like most women, I don't like going to dealerships to buy a car. I've purchased most of my cars at this dealership since I was 17, but I must say, I Like most women, I don't like going to dealerships to buy a car. I've purchased most of my cars at this dealership since I was 17, but I must say, I still had problems with pushy salesmen and hated going there. But I must tell you about my salesman, Humberto Vanegas, Jr. He's young, but very intelligent, knowledgeable and friendly. He was not pushy and dealt with all of my concerns. He went above and beyond for me in getting me the car that I truly wanted. When I stopped into the dealership today to see if my license plates had arrived yet, he came out to my car and talked with me. Then when I questioned him about a few of the features, he got into the car and set everything up for me in a few minutes. He is truly a great addition to this dealership and I recommend to anyone buying a car, to ask for Humberto because he will listen to you and your concerns and then help you resolve them one by one. Best Car buying experience of my life! I'm 50 and have bought a few new and used cars in my life. I was kinda dreading even looking for another car, but my experience with Maroon Kia, an I'm 50 and have bought a few new and used cars in my life. I was kinda dreading even looking for another car, but my experience with Maroon Kia, and specifically Peter Siekierski has completely surpassed my expectations. I had a 10yo minivan that was starting to cost too much to maintain, so I happened to drive by and stop in one evening and met Peter. From the first moment I was surprised at his friendly, helpful attitude, and it just got better from there. I'm a busy business owner and Peter drove an SUV to my office so I could test drive it! After that, he communicated with me easily via telephone and email to gather info and answer my questions. After a week of test driving and researching other SUVs, the simple fact was the price, value and warranty Kia provides is unmatched for ALL american cars. The first certified pre-owned Kia Sorrento I test drove with Peter was the car I ended up buying. Everything they quoted me was right on, and completing all the paperwork was a breeze. I never imagined buying a certified pre-owned vehicle would be so quick and easy. Picked up my car May 17, 2014 and I'm loving it! More

My recent Kia purchase I arrived at Maroon Kia this past Thursday, after my existing car's transmission blew...looking to purchase or lease a car. Humberto greeted me, and I arrived at Maroon Kia this past Thursday, after my existing car's transmission blew...looking to purchase or lease a car. Humberto greeted me, and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. In no time at all, I was test driving the new Forte...and knew it was the car I had to have. In spite of being on a tight budget, I was able to get a great deal, AND get the car I wanted. I picked it up on Saturday, and have been over the moon ever since. I would recommend Humberto and the folks Maroon Kia to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. More
