I emailed and followed up with two calls with no response. I've heard of low pressure dealerships but this place was ridiculous. I eventually found the car I wanted at another dealership in NJ. More

I traded that car in for another lease last month and I have been having non stop problems since the new ownership. I'm on the phone with them almost everyday trying to figure stuff out that they messed up. No one there has any clue what is going on. They're super nice to you when choosing a car but the minute you give them money and sign the papers, their attitudes change. Typical car dealership. I'm getting extremely fed up and never plan on going back. I loved my first experience there with the old ownership but this time around, absolutely dreadful. More

When I was waiting for finance, I mentioned I was hungry, and one of the salesmen brought me a slice of pizza! Now that is service! They really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I am in love with my 2015 Kia Optima. When my husband and I first arrived we were greeted by our salesman Nelson. As we were on a budget he was able to quickly get us in a comfortable car and price range, a no hassle deal! The manager Garret was very accommodating and made sure all our needs were met. The time spent in the actual dealership was minuscule compared to other experiences we've ever had. We weren't bombarded or rushed in any way which helped us decide on what we truly wanted. Thank you so much to Nelson and Garret for such an amazing experience and our brand new car! More
