Pleasant car buying experience We visited various dealers while 'just looking'. On one such visit we met Steve. He was pleasant, informative and non pressuring. He listened to our n We visited various dealers while 'just looking'. On one such visit we met Steve. He was pleasant, informative and non pressuring. He listened to our needs and recommended a vehicle that wasn't even on our radar. We went back a week later to go for a test drive (without 1st making an appointment). He was busy helping other customers so we were going to run errands and then come back for the test drive. He already had the vehicle pulled out waiting for us. The dealership owner got wind of this and took us for the test drive himself. Wish I could remember his name. He was equally as pleasant as Steve. To make a long story short, we left that day with a new car. It was easily the most pleasant car buying experience we ever had. More

Worse experience ever Sales person very pushy. Only interested if I was taking the car that night before we even discussed price. Looked at purchasing two vehicles and payi Sales person very pushy. Again couldn't understand why I didn't have $10,000 in my pocket to take the car that night. The second car was for my wife. When I said she would have to come the following day cause she was tied up in work today. The sales mans response was "Oh I guess she makes the decisions" Very inappropriate. Found two issues with the car. 1- had a hole in the back seat the size of a quarter. 2- No jack. Pointed this out to sales person. During the discussion of price. I questioned if I was going to get some money off or would they provide the jack. Was told that it was all figured into the internet price. Who are they kidding. They didn't even know the jack was missing. Wouldn't budge on the price. After that experience I didn't even pursue the second vehicle. Went to another dealership the following morning. Purchased two cars and couldn't have had a more helpful and professional team. More
