Pleasant car buying experience We visited various dealers while 'just looking'. On one such visit we met Steve. He was pleasant, informative and non pressuring. He listened to our needs and recommended a vehicle that wasn't even on our radar. We went back a week later to go for a test drive (without 1st making an appointment). He was busy helping other customers so we were going to run errands and then come back for the test drive. He already had the vehicle pulled out waiting for us. The dealership owner got wind of this and took us for the test drive himself. Wish I could remember his name. He was equally as pleasant as Steve. To make a long story short, we left that day with a new car. It was easily the most pleasant car buying experience we ever had. More
