He was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted and he made the whole experience stress free and easy. Patrick truly took the time to make sure the Optima was the car for me, including having me test drive it and by making sure it had the features I wanted and needed. Patrick also went above and beyond, by cleaning the car himself when the actual cleaning crew was no where to be found.
