When I walked in I was pointed to Patrick. He was extremely nice and showed care to my questions and concerns. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything, and double checked things I didn't sound to certain about. He made it a very stress free experience. Also, he never left us just sitting around waiting he came back to let us know what was going on. I expected to be there awhile but it was actually quicker then a different Kia I had went to 2 years ago. Everyone there was great. I would drive to this location 2 hours away just because my experience at route 23 kia was so great. This is the 4th Kia I have purchased, but the first one under the new management and ownership. I was a little hesitant at first, because I had gotten such great service when it was Maroon Kia, but I needn't have worried. Ed was funny, knowledgeable, and worked very hard to get me a great deal within my budget. The finance people were very courteous and quick, and it was an all around great experience. I will certainly go back when it's time to trade up again! Kia's rock! More
