Excellent service Went in with every intention of getting a new vehicle. He explained the taxes, dealer fees M.V .charges & everything before I signed my name to everything & made sure all the numbers worked out for me. This was the most comfortable I have felt in the months of shopping around I've been thru. The next day I received a call from Calvin Blair my finance manager to tell me I was approved! made my experience as a first time lessee super seamless. Looking forward to working with these guys again!! More

The xx stands fo UPDATE #2, TWO DAYS LATER (Today 2/15/16 PRESIDENTS DAY) BOGUS PRICE BACK ON WEBSITE The business should be re-named RT 23 Kia xx. The xx stands for bait and switch. Today 2/13/16 I drove 70 miles to purchase a car that was advertisesd on the rt23kia.com website. The price was so attractive so before making the trip I called and spoke to Henry who identified himself as one of the managers. I made it very clear that I had a 70 mile round trip and I wanted to confirm that the Kia Sorrento (stock# K8480) was indeed being "blown out" at $18,604 for Presidents Day Weekend. After being placed on hold for a short period of time Henry stated that the car is still available and the price is $18,604. So I drive to the dealership, I then meet Henry, he tells me that Chris one of the sales guys would take care of me. Chris looks at my screenshot on my cell phone of the dealerships website showing the stock # and price and he even commented on the low ball price. A 1/2 hour later one of the losers at the desk tells me that a 3rd party company put the wrong price on the website, He also told me its already been corrected and showing the corrected price. I then ask to speak with the owner Bobby Malota who identified him self moments ago as the owner when I was waiting to see the car. The looser at the desk then proceeds tells me that Bobby Malota is not the owner, he is just the manager. Two hours later I get home and guess what, I see the car is still being advertised at the "wrong price" just to get people through the door. Oh yeah, there is also a link on their website that says "Meet the New Owner/General Manager" Guess what it was the same man I spoke too, Long story short, these guys lie about everything, STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. amazing experience! I walked in thinking there was no way I was going to be able to get a new car and get out of my old lease... I expected to leave with the same car I h I walked in thinking there was no way I was going to be able to get a new car and get out of my old lease... I expected to leave with the same car I had. When I walked in I was pointed to Patrick. He was extremely nice and showed care to my questions and concerns. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything, and double checked things I didn't sound to certain about. He made it a very stress free experience. Also, he never left us just sitting around waiting he came back to let us know what was going on. I expected to be there awhile but it was actually quicker then a different Kia I had went to 2 years ago. Everyone there was great. I would drive to this location 2 hours away just because my experience at route 23 kia was so great. Patrick definitely deserves a raise for his hard work because he really did so much to make sure I was happy. I'm so glad I came to this dealership, I love my optima so much. Thank you Patrick! More

My Beautiful New Car I purchased my beautiful new2015 Optima EX on New Year's Eve. Ed was my salesperson, and he was great! This is the 4th Kia I have purchased, but the I purchased my beautiful new2015 Optima EX on New Year's Eve. Ed was my salesperson, and he was great! This is the 4th Kia I have purchased, but the first one under the new management and ownership. I was a little hesitant at first, because I had gotten such great service when it was Maroon Kia, but I needn't have worried. Ed was funny, knowledgeable, and worked very hard to get me a great deal within my budget. The finance people were very courteous and quick, and it was an all around great experience. I will certainly go back when it's time to trade up again! Kia's rock! More
