Again couldn't understand why I didn't have $10,000 in my pocket to take the car that night. The second car was for my wife. When I said she would have to come the following day cause she was tied up in work today. The sales mans response was "Oh I guess she makes the decisions" Very inappropriate. Found two issues with the car. 1- had a hole in the back seat the size of a quarter. 2- No jack. Pointed this out to sales person. During the discussion of price. I questioned if I was going to get some money off or would they provide the jack. Was told that it was all figured into the internet price. Who are they kidding. They didn't even know the jack was missing. Wouldn't budge on the price. After that experience I didn't even pursue the second vehicle. Went to another dealership the following morning. Purchased two cars and couldn't have had a more helpful and professional team. More

I emailed and followed up with two calls with no response. I've heard of low pressure dealerships but this place was ridiculous. I eventually found the car I wanted at another dealership in NJ. More

I traded that car in for another lease last month and I have been having non stop problems since the new ownership. I'm on the phone with them almost everyday trying to figure stuff out that they messed up. No one there has any clue what is going on. They're super nice to you when choosing a car but the minute you give them money and sign the papers, their attitudes change. Typical car dealership. I'm getting extremely fed up and never plan on going back. I loved my first experience there with the old ownership but this time around, absolutely dreadful. More
