John will call when he says he will and he thoroughly explains what's going on with your vehicle. If you wait for your car he quick to offer coffee etc. to make sure you are comfortable while you wait. I've been offered many incentives by others dealerships to bring my car there for $1,000's of dollars off but I won't take it there because I know what jewel I have with John Diaz taking care of my vehicles. I called to confirm their hours as it was Good Friday and followed my gps to their absolutely beautiful state of the art showroom! I was greeted by Danielle, who was patient, kind, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to (which is unlike any of the other car dealers I had previously dealt with). My lease on my Kia was due to expire soon and I had a budget in mind as well as the type of vehicle I wanted. I was on a two month hunt for the right car dealership to fulfill my needs, yet not one dealer could suffice! Until I walked through the doors of Rt 23 Kia! I explained my story to Danielle and she quickly went to work to make sure this would be the end of my search. I got MORE than I actually wanted and remained within my budget! It was truly a "Good Friday!" I was treated with respect, knowledge, professionalism, and common human courtesy. Fast forward a few hours and I'm sitting in Calvin's office and we are making it happen. I was so overwhelmed with joy and gratitude that I sat there and cried - it's been a few years since I've had a car, AND this was my very first lease/buy. He was prompt with follow up and information. I flew...yes, FLEW!,,,, 1500 miles to buy my car. It was because that car was exactly what I wanted and the price was exactly where I needed to be. I used my frequent flier miles to get my airlilne ticket, got a half-price uber ride from the airport to the dealership, paid for 2 nights in hotels and some turnpike fees and rood on the road. Gas was the lowest it's been in decades. Even after adding all that up, my deal I got still made it feasible to travel to get the car. It was such a pleasure working with Patrick and the whole team at Route 23 Kia. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.
