dodging my calls 101 unkept promises This is my 5th Kia from this dealership . Did I say my 5th. !!!! Well I was unhappy with my Kia Forte and was promised it would be paid off if I trade This is my 5th Kia from this dealership . Did I say my 5th. !!!! Well I was unhappy with my Kia Forte and was promised it would be paid off if I traded it in for another vehicle . Well , I came in saw Al Hamilton who was awesome by the way. I purchased the vehicle and the deal went down hill from there . My car as promised was Never paid off !!! I purchased my car July 27th here it is Aug. 20th it's still no payment has been received by my bank. So I'm responsible for 2 car payments ! I paid full price for this vehicle as Denvile Kia would have given me $6000 more for my trade but I thought customer loyalty meant something , not to this dealership ! I tried calling about the payoff and got nothing but the run around from Yohasen , Nelson and Frank who was like a trained dog making sure to answer the phone so that I wasn't allowed to speak to anyone. He would screen the calls so no matter who I'd ask for they were Not available to help me with the pay off of my trade in. Nelson said he'd get to the bottom of it but then he begin passing messages to me through Frank the receptionist screening the calls for them . Saying I have to wait the check was sent out a week ago! Really why don't they have it ? Again this is my 5 th car from them . I can't resolve this issue because now that I've purchased the vehicle they can't be bothered with me. So I'm responsible for 2 car payments one for a car that I no longer have . Stay away from this dealership go to DENVILE KIA WHERE YOU GET $6000 over your trade and they are ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO SPEAK TO YOU ABOUT ISSUES . DENVILLE Kia where YOU MATTER ......,, More
As bad as it gets Comically atrocious place. They listed a Kia Optima 2013 for something in 11k and when I arrived the internet sales guy directed me to a floor agen Comically atrocious place. They listed a Kia Optima 2013 for something in 11k and when I arrived the internet sales guy directed me to a floor agent who then directed me to the sales manager who then proceeded to tack on an extra 4k to the listed price using all the dirtiest but ridiculously stupid tricks in the book. I've been shopping for cars for some time now and this place is AS BAD AS IT GETS. They're interested in RIPPING YOU OFF instead of making an honest sale. I feel bad for families and decent, honest folks who come in here and end up getting RIPPED OFF by these guys. The internet sales guy and the floor sales seemed decent guys but the sales manager was horribly trained and ready to steal your money. Best to stay away. Plenty of other Kia dealers around in the area and car dealers in general. I happily found far more professional dealer who only charges tax, motor vehicle fee with receipt and modest document fee. Wasted an hour of my life at this place but was somewhat entertained in the process and learned how these places operate. Live and learn I suppose. More

LIES! SCAMS! In May 2016 I went to this dealership to purchase a new car. I sat down and spoke a salesman Nelson Silva who helped me find a car and I spoke to him In May 2016 I went to this dealership to purchase a new car. I sat down and spoke a salesman Nelson Silva who helped me find a car and I spoke to him about returning my old Kia. I told him I couldn't even sign today if I wanted to because I still had to put new tires on my car. Previous to this i had called Kia and found out that they charge $115/tire. I knew i needed new tires and could get them cheaper. Nelson said to me *don't worry about your old car we will take care of it*. I asked are you sure about this because I could get tires and return the car and not have as much wear and tear to pay for. He said dont worry about anything we are going to take care of returning this car. I laughed and said I'll call you when i get a bill. I did in fact get a bill from kia about a month later. I called Kia and told Nelson I received a bill for $727 and he said "no way.. I thought my manager Chris was taking care of that! he will be here tomorrow give him a call and ask him". Well when i asked his manager Chris about it he had no idea what i was talking about. Chris then transfered me over to another manager Nelson who said this is impossible we would never have told you that you werent responsible for wear and tear. He called the salesman Nelson in the room and asked if he told me this and he said NO! I then asked to speak to the owner Bobby Molata because i did speak to him briefly when i got my car. He didnt remember this being part of my deal either and said the same thing - we wouldnt offer you that. I said its the only reason i got a car from you because you were willing to take back my old lease. He said no the only reason you got a car here was because we took off $1,500 and he went on to call me "kid" and that i am "manipulating them". Bobby told me he would call Kia and try to get some things waived and call me back. I call him once a week for answers but he doesnt have any. He knows i have to pay the bill or it will affect my credit. He will never call me back More

My optimum SLX Optima test-drive Am giving the dealership a 4 for not actually having the colors that I requested to see and test-drive. :) But I am giving my salesperson a 5 for maki Am giving the dealership a 4 for not actually having the colors that I requested to see and test-drive. :) But I am giving my salesperson a 5 for making me wish that black is the new silver!.:) The dealership is casual and that makes for a less intimidating atmosphere. I love the 2016 SLX Optima test drive which was exhilarating and if not for some realization ( exterior color must be silver ) I could have already driven it home that day and slept in it playing around all those bonus gizmos inside. I appreciate that they went through the motion of looking up my 16-year-old trade-in car with respect and I was pretty sure that they would have done everything that they could to put me behind this new car's wheel. Nelson's manager is also named Nelson. Nice guy and respectful! More
