I love the 2016 SLX Optima test drive which was exhilarating and if not for some realization ( exterior color must be silver ) I could have already driven it home that day and slept in it playing around all those bonus gizmos inside. I appreciate that they went through the motion of looking up my 16-year-old trade-in car with respect and I was pretty sure that they would have done everything that they could to put me behind this new car's wheel. John will call when he says he will and he thoroughly explains what's going on with your vehicle. If you wait for your car he quick to offer coffee etc. to make sure you are comfortable while you wait. I've been offered many incentives by others dealerships to bring my car there for $1,000's of dollars off but I won't take it there because I know what jewel I have with John Diaz taking care of my vehicles. A "GOOD FRIDAY" After visiting GMC, Chevy, Dodge, Nissan, Honda, Toyota and Jack Daniel's Kia, I ended up at Rt 23 Kia simply because my location services on my phone After visiting GMC, Chevy, Dodge, Nissan, Honda, Toyota and Jack Daniel's Kia, I ended up at Rt 23 Kia simply because my location services on my phone said it was close by. I called to confirm their hours as it was Good Friday and followed my gps to their absolutely beautiful state of the art showroom! I was greeted by Danielle, who was patient, kind, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to (which is unlike any of the other car dealers I had previously dealt with). My lease on my Kia was due to expire soon and I had a budget in mind as well as the type of vehicle I wanted. I was on a two month hunt for the right car dealership to fulfill my needs, yet not one dealer could suffice! Until I walked through the doors of Rt 23 Kia! I explained my story to Danielle and she quickly went to work to make sure this would be the end of my search. I got MORE than I actually wanted and remained within my budget! It was truly a "Good Friday!" I was treated with respect, knowledge, professionalism, and common human courtesy. Shopping for cars (with two young children) is an exhausting task and Danielle, John and Bobby showed patience, understanding and absolute passion for me as their customer as well as their job.
