DO NOT TRUST When we first arrived we were greeted by Al, he was very helpful and very nice. When it came down to making the deal, we spoke to Bobby Malota. He made promises that were not kept after the deal was made. My advice is, do not trust anything he has to say and if you do make a deal, GET IT IN WRITING. After contacting him several times for two issues, neither was resolved. We then spoke to Nelson Silva who resolved one of our issues but could not resolve the other because Bobby said he did not know anything about our issue, even though he spoke to my husband several times about it. Needless to say, we contacted the Kia Consumer department and reported this dealership as being dishonest to its customers. Even after all the headaches, we love our Kia Sorento, however, we will not be getting another vehicle from this dealership. More
Very Dishonest Dealership This is one of the worst run dealerships I've encountered. The run false advertisement they won't honor to try get you in the door, then claim the person you spoke to on the phone doesn't know what they're talking about. The sales people are rude & poorly trained with little knowledge about their inventory. They promise to call back, but don't then when you call back lie that the person you want to speak with isn't available. The general manager "Bobby" encourages unethical practices all to make a quick buck from customers. When you call them out on their devious bait & switch tactics, they give you the run around until you just get tired. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST More
Working with us to fix things I am pleased to report that the previous negative experience I had regarding unexpected wear & tear charges showing up on an invoice after our lease r I am pleased to report that the previous negative experience I had regarding unexpected wear & tear charges showing up on an invoice after our lease ran out is being addressed by Bobby, the owner of Route 23 Kia. Hope to have good news to report after we speak with Kia Motor Finance. UPDATE: Bobby left the company. We haven't been able to prove that Steve Resavy and the controller lied to us because they did not supply us with supporting paperwork to honor their offer to cover the wear and tear when we turned in our previously leased vehicle. Clearly they knew that they could tell us whatever we wanted to hear, and by not supplying us with paperwork to that effect, it would be their words against ours. They wanted to get us and our toddler son out of the dealership as quickly as possible, probably laughing at how naive we were. The background: while turning in a Kia vehicle whose lease was running out this year, we were told by Steve that the dealership would cover the costs for cleaning up the car (bumper scratches, etc). The controller, who was new to his job at the time we signed the new lease, backed up that this would be the case. Steve then sat on the vehicle for months and when the lease ended, billed us for the damages to the car. We had no reason to turn in the vehicle early and could have benefitted from having it along with the new vehicle we leased at the same time. I caution you to NEVER work with Steve Resavy, never work with Route 23 Kia, and always get everything in writing when it's promised at a lease signing. I will never, ever work with these people again. They deserve to go out of business. More

Rafaele Bernes and Bobby Malotta did a wonderful job helping us find just the rig We came north to visit family. While there, we went to Route 23 Kia. Rafaele Bernes and Bobby Malotta did a wonderful job helping us find just the right 2016 Sedona. Next time we need a new car we will come to Route 23 Kia again. But for now we are very happy with our Sedona in Beaufort, South Carolina. Pat and Jack Donlon More

Great Experience I had a great experience at Route 23 Kia. My salesman, Raffaele, was wonderful to work with. He stayed in touch with me after my first visit and help I had a great experience at Route 23 Kia. My salesman, Raffaele, was wonderful to work with. He stayed in touch with me after my first visit and help facilitate our deal. The GM, Bobby, was a straight shooter from beginning to end. Both guys were great to work with. I will certainly be back when my next lease is up. More
Wonderful experience I just wanted to thank Route 23 Kia and our wonderful salesman Keith who made purchasing our new Kia Sportage Turbo a reality! We drove down from Oran I just wanted to thank Route 23 Kia and our wonderful salesman Keith who made purchasing our new Kia Sportage Turbo a reality! We drove down from Orange County, NY because we were looking for a specific color and interior, and Route 23 Kia had it! No Kia Dealer in NY could find us a Sportage Turbo to even drive, let alone finding the color combination. We were told all types of stories, there are no models on the east coast with that color combination, or we are trying to locate it for you, we will get back to you, or they had the color, but the interior color wasn't right and didn't tell us that until our time was wasted. We looked on the Kia website and there was the one we wanted at Route 23 Kia! Keith really made the deal happen for us with owner, they gave us a great value on our trade in and helped us with the financing, warranties, and just made the process seamless. AND this was on busy Labor Day Monday to boot! You will not be disappointed with your decision to go to Route 23 Kia! If they can make it happen for you they will, take the drive you wont be disappointed! Thank you! I am going to bring my son here when he's ready to purchase his next vehicle! More
Best Salesperson & Generosity I came to Route 23 KIA in desperate need of a car. The salesperson named Keith was the best salesperson I have ever encountered. He was so helpful, kind, generous, etc. It was a busy night, but he made sure to assist all his customers Ina well timely manner. He helped me in finding a car I need based on what I can afford and did everything in his power to help me. You can tell he truly cares for his customers and wants to make them happy. He was so helpful and gave me so many options and worked with me until I found a car and payment plan that worked best for me. His compassion for people and his job is amazing and so genuine. I would 100% would recommend this dealership to everyone. Thank you so much for being incredible. More
