Since it was his last day of training he did not have all the answers, but made sure I received all the answers to my questions. He was flexible and able to work with what I was looking for. He was also not pushy and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I ultimately made a purchase which was a BMW 320i Xdrive. The reason I could not give my experience 5 stars is because when it came down to the signing of the papers, which was done with a finance guy, I was told the Total Loss protection was included in the total which was agreed upon. I reviewed the papers meticulously, and somehow I missed the fact that it was $290 more. Not happy that I paid an extra $290 for something I would've declined. Just make sure you read what you are signing. They also tried to sneak in some warranty. I ended up purchasing the All State warranty, but had I not asked if I can decline it or not that would've been something else they snuck in as well. Overall, good experience. If you go, ask for Chris Esquilin. Make sure you read over everything and when they ask about items beyond the car make sure you know what you're signing up for. More
