Nice until you have a problem. I took my vehicle in for a second oil change there after purchasing the vehicle. I noticed after driving to work from the Bronx and back the oil drain I took my vehicle in for a second oil change there after purchasing the vehicle. I noticed after driving to work from the Bronx and back the oil drain plug would seep a few drops of oil. I took my vehicle back and explained what was going on, the tech checked the vehicle and stated there was no leak, it was just residue. I had even took a picture of the oil spot. I asked John if he was sure and his attitude and demeanor changed like I was bothering him. I thought, ok, maybe the tech changed the washer or fixed it and didnt want to admit to a mistake. I knew there was no way it was just residue so off I went. Sure enough I drive to work, park and leave nine hours later there is a few drops of oil on the ground. I call John and he was not apologetic and seemed annoyed that I was calling. He was very nice until there was a problem, doesnt say much about their service either. I will not be going back and have to redo my driveway with all these little spots. Just for reference the vehicle has approx. 33,400 miles so there is no way it should seep oil like that. More

I initially spoke to Frank who cinnected me with Joe and I felt comfortable enough to hire an UBER and travel from Brooklyn NY to Route 23 Kia and purchase a car the same day and leased one a month later! Joe was informative and handled the deal and sold me with a concession, Sal took care of the financing and gave me a better rate which made me finance my vehicle with Route 23! A month later aI had second thoughts about my choice as I was in a rush to pick up a vehicle and called Joe who introduced me to Harry who immediately said, "when you get your title come in and will take care of yoy"! I recieved my title, came in hemeet with me and my 2 kids and grabbed Joe who talked about his Optima and the benefits of leasing and my daughter lived the Ford Fusion so I leased the Optima! Joe turned me iver to Fernando in finance who made sure everthing was explained and followed up days later. The $200 I initally paid for my UBER was well worth it!
