He was very helpful and I was able to get everything done over the internet and phone because I lived an hour from the dealership. When it came time for me to sign my final paperwork he even drove an hour and picked us up himself and drove us to the dealership to finalize our approval and pick up our new vehicle. The customer service at route 23 kia was amazing and everyone that I spoke with went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle that I wanted. I will be recommending route 23 kia to all my friends and anyone that I know who is looking for a new vehicle. Managers won't return call only want next sale Very upset with management, they won't call back in a timely manor. They were all to ready to close the deal when I bought my car, now that they made Very upset with management, they won't call back in a timely manor. They were all to ready to close the deal when I bought my car, now that they made an error paying off my trade in, they can't be bothered to call back. They waited just over a month to pay off a 10 day quote to pay off the trade in. Now my bank is asking me for the balance. They need to correct this, and I would tell someone if they would just call back. I will never buy from them again, customer service is horrible. More

Most current example was yesterday, 9/21/17 John Diaz and his staff have always DONE AN EXCELLENT job every time that I brought my car in for service. Most current example was yesterday, 9/21/17, when I brought my car in for a 30k check up and oil change. I brought my car in earlier than the scheduled 1pm appointment ( about an hour earlier) John indicated to me that the job would take 4 hours, but instead assigned two technicians to get started earlier. By the time I got back from my walk, the 30k check up was completed in about a little over an hour. AGAIN A JOB WELL - DONE, and VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. I recommend a nice BONUS for Mr. John Diaz. More
