Started out terrible, but ended on a good note. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by a salesman who was busy helping another customer. He had the sales manager Edgardo direct us to another salesman. This salesman gave us several false information statements that we did not discover until signing our paperwork. Needless to say, we were very unhappy. However, Fernando the finance man was very helpful and HONEST! I was provided with a loaner car since the car I chose was not on their lot yet. When I arrived the next day, I spoke to Fernando about how sick we were over the whole experience with the salesman. He listened to my complaints and immediately went and spoke to the general manager Sal. Sal came and spoke to me and offered me two options to make my experience with the dealership more positive. I explained that I was not looking for anything for free but felt it was important for him to know that one of the salesmen were giving false information. However, I did choose one of the options offered. The next day I received a message from Sal that my car was in and I could pick it up. Upon arrival I was greeted by Sal and he explained that Edgardo would go over the car with me. When I walked outside, Edgardo informed me that they upgraded me to a 2018 instead of a 2017. I was so surprised! Sal went above and beyond to make our experience end on such a positive note. Edgardo spent quite a bit of time with me going over the whole car and answering all my questions. More

When it came time for me to sign my final paperwork he even drove an hour and picked us up himself and drove us to the dealership to finalize our approval and pick up our new vehicle. The customer service at route 23 kia was amazing and everyone that I spoke with went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle that I wanted. I will be recommending route 23 kia to all my friends and anyone that I know who is looking for a new vehicle. Managers won't return call only want next sale Very upset with management, they won't call back in a timely manor. They waited just over a month to pay off a 10 day quote to pay off the trade in. Now my bank is asking me for the balance. They need to correct this, and I would tell someone if they would just call back. I will never buy from them again, customer service is horrible. More
