KIA 23 NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!! THIS DEALERSHIP AND THE LITTLE KIDS "IN CHARGE" ARE GARBAGE!! I HAVE A RECORDING OF THE G.M. THREATENING TO RIP UP MY CONTRACT & "CHANGE HIS MIND AB THIS DEALERSHIP AND THE LITTLE KIDS "IN CHARGE" ARE GARBAGE!! I HAVE A RECORDING OF THE G.M. THREATENING TO RIP UP MY CONTRACT & "CHANGE HIS MIND ABOUT LETTING ME BUT A CAR FROM THEM", AFTER I DEMANDED ANY EXPLAINATION OF THE NONSENSE "DOC FEES", WHICH ARE A WAY FOR THE DEALERSHIP TO RAISE THE PRICE OF THE CAR, BY CHARGING BUYERS TO PAY FOR THE BACK IFGIVE TO DO THE JOB THEY ARE ASKREADY BEING PAID FOR AND THEY COULDN'T CHIME UP WITH ANSWERE SO ARE STUDIOS THEN I WAS FRAUDULENT PACKAGE FOR $650, WHICH INCLUDED LIFETIME UNLIMITED OIL CHANGES, AIR FILTER CHANGES & DETAILING... IT DOESN'T EVEN EXIST WHICH I FOUND OUT BY SERVICE WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR IN FOR MY 1ST "UNLIMITED" VISIT. THIS IS THEFT BY DECEPTION & HAVE BEN WAITING 6 MONTHS FOR THE CHARGE TO BE REMOVED FROM MY FINANCE CONTRACT; IT HAD NOT SO I AM PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DON'T HAVE, PLUS INTEREST, AM ALSO PAYING $2 MORE A MONTH ON THE CAR THAN THE AGREED UPON PRICE, BECAUSE OF A WRONG # TYPED IN BY THE SAME UNQUALIFIED, INCOMPETENT FINANCE STAFF MEMBER WHO SOLD ME A NON-EXISTENT PACKAGE.. I RAN OUT OF GAS THE NIGHT I LEFT WITH THE CAR AS THE DEALER NEVER FILLED THE TANK, & WHEN I WAS STRANDED & NEEDED TO FIND A GAS STATION, FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY, THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM, WHICH I PAID EXTRA FOR IN THE PREMIUM TECHNOLOGY PACKAGE, DIDN'T WORK, AS THE CAR WAS MISSING THE SD CARD & THEY ONCE AGAIN PROVED TO BE xxxxxxxx BY GIVING ME A CARD THAT DOES NOT RECOGNIZE ANY LOCATION OR ROADWAY CREATED IN THE PAST 10 YEARS!!! THEY HAVE ME A CARD MADE FOR A 2005 CAR, NOT 2015 DEEMING THE NAV SYSTEM I PAID FOR USEKESS TO ME..I ALSO TOLD THEM THE NEXT DAY THE DRIVER SEAT HEATER DOES NOT WORK, AND 6 MONTHS LATER, STILL DOESNT & NOW..THE MOST DISGUSTING, IMMORAL, DECEITFUL, SCAMMING, LYING BUSINESS PRACTICE EVER!!! INCLUDED IN THE LARGE PACKET OF PAPERWORK GIVEN TO THE ME DURING THE SIGNING OF THE CONTRACT WAS THE "INSPECTION REPORT" SIGNED BY A TECH NAMED FRANKIE, STATING THE VEHICLE MET AND PASSED ALL OF KIAS SAFETY REQUIREMENTS IN ORDER TO BE PERMITTED ONTO THE LOT AVAILABLE FOR SALE. THE LIST OF ITEMS INSPECTED INCLUDED THE WHEELS AND TIRES THAT WERE ON THE CAR WHEN I BOUGHT IT SO I DIDN'T SEE ANY NEED FOR CONCERN EXCEPT THE ITEMS I COMMUNICATED TO SALES, MGMT, SERVICE, & FINANCE (NAV, SEAT HEATER) AND WAS IGNORED FOR LONG TIME BUT THEN I GEEKY THE CAR PULLING A FEW DAYS LATER & TOOK IT TO FIRESTONE WHO I GO TO FOR OVER 10 YEARS FOR TIRES, OIL CHANGES, ALIGNMENTS, ETC AND WHEN THEY PULLED THE 4 TIRES OFF TO CHECK WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THEM, I IMMEDIATELY STARTED TO TAKE PICS AND VIDEO & WAS SO UPSET. 2 OF TIRES FROM THE CAR WERE COOPER BRAND AND ONLY HAD APPROX. 13% TREADING LEFT ON THEM, BOTH COMPLETELY BALD ON THE OUTER SIDES & THE OTHER 2 TIRES WERE, I BELIEVE MICHELIN BRAND & FIRESTONE.ESTIMATED THESE TIRES WERE PUT ON THE CAR IN THE PAST YEAR, HAVING APPROX. 75% TRADING LEFT ON THEM. IT GETS WORSE!! THEY TURNED THE 2 COOPER TIRES OVER TO SHOW ME EACH ONE OFF THESE BALD TIRES HAD 2 PLUGS IN EACH ONE FROM PECOS PUNCTURES!!! IT IS ILLEGAL TO HAVE EVEN HAD THIS BAR IN THE LOT WITH TIRES IN THIS CONDITION THAT COULD HAVE MADE ME HAD A BLOW OUT!!! I HAVE VIDEO & PICS THESE DISGRACEFUL TIRES THAT RISKED MY LIFE!!! I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PURCHASE 4 NEW TIRES ON A CAR I HAD LESS THAN WEEKS AND IT COST ME $788 THAT I CERTAINLY COULD NOT AFFORD BUT AS A RIDESHARE DRUVER I COULD NOR PUT PASSENGERS SAFETY AT RISK. AS THEY WERE PRYING THE TIRES OFF THE RIMS TO MOUNT THE NEW ONES, I HEARD THE TECH YELL "WHAT THE HE'LL"? "OHHH NOOO" APPARENTLY THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAD TO TWICE OLD COOPER TIRES WITH THE NEWER ONES BECAYSE SHE MUST HAVE HIT POTHOLES REALLY HARD BECAUSE THE RIMS WERE BENT!!! I CRIED BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE ANOTHER DIME TO DISH OUT AND FIRESTONE SAID NEW RIMS COST IN THE RANGE OF $1500 EACH AND I WAS SOLD A CAR THAT IS CLEARY WAS NOT INSPECTED PROPERLY OR KIA WOULD HAVE NEVER EVER ALLOWED THOSE BALD, CROOKED RIMMED TIRES TO BE KEOT ON THST CAR BEFORE SALE!!! BECAUSE OF THESE BENT RIMS, MY CAR SHAKES VIOLENTLY WHEN DRIVING & MY PASSENGERS HAVE ASKED TO LEAVE THE CAR SO I AM LOSING A LOT OF INCOME, MY WHEELS FEEL LIKE TGEY ARE GOING TO FALL OFF AND THE BENT RIMS CAUSE MY TIRES TO POP AND DEFLATE CONSTANTLY AS THE SUCTION IS NOT EVEN. I HAVE TOLD KIA 23 ABOUT THIS 5.5 MONTHS AGO AND LIKE ALWAYS THEY ARE CHOOSING TO IGNORE ME. RIDESHARE DRIVING IS MY ONLY JOB AND BECAUSE OF KIAS NEGLECT BY CHOOSING TO IGNORE ME THE PAST MONTHS, I HAVE CONTACTED THE FTC, BBB, ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE, CONSUMER AFFAIRS, MULTIPLE MEDIA OUTLETS WHO THANKFULLY ARES HAVING THEIR TROUBLESHOOTER REPORTERS HELP ME AND I AN STUCK WITH A LEMON OF A CAR THAT I NOW HAVE TO KEEP RUNNING 24 HOURS A DAY BECAUSE.. ARE YOU READY?,,,,, THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM IS FAILING!!!! THIS CAR SHOULD HAVE NEVER BERM ALLOWED BY LAW TO BE SOLD. I HAVE ASKED KIA MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THE EXACT PROCEDURE FRANKIE FOLLOWED THAT ALLOWED HIM TO PASS THESE TIRES AND RIMS AS SAFE TO DRIVE AND I KNOW THIS CAR I HAVE NOT HAVE NOR HAD EVEN 6 MONTHS IS GOING TO HAVE TO BE SCRAPPED AND I OWE $15K ON IT!!! WITHOUT A CAR I CAN'T WORK . SINCE I CAN'T SHUT IT OFF, I AM SPENDING $200 ON GAS EVERY 3 DAYS AND THIS IS NOT FAIR THIS PIECE OF ILLEGAL GARBAGE OF A DEALERSHIP RUN BY A BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT CLOWN KIDS IS ALLOWED TO SELL DANGEROUS CARS AND DO BITRR HAVE THE COMMON COURTESY TO RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. I AM NOR GOING AWAY AND AM GOING TO FILE xxx MANY LAWSUITS AS I CAN FOR THREATS, THREAT BY DECEPTION, LEMON LAW, NEGLECT, RISKING MY AND MY PASSENGERS LIFE, LOSS OF INCOME AND MYCH MITE. I GAVE THEM EVERY CHANCE TO REMEDY THIS ON MANY OCCASIONS TO NO AVAIL. DO NOR DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS!!! OHHHH AMD THE STARTED/ ALTERNATOR ALSO GOING AND BESIDES THE DETAILED ATE BY ATE PROCEDURE FRANKIE DID TO PASS THESE TIRES, I WANT THE FULL ELECTRICAL DIAGNOSIS FRANKIE DIS TO PASS THE VEHICKE FOR SALE!!! GET READY KIA FOR A LEGAL BATTLE YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN!! My father is currently looking for a new car with good fuel efficiency. We went to a few dealerships and checked some others online. One of the cars that my dad was interested in was the Kia Rio 5 door and this dealer gave us a good price. Spoke with them over the phone and set up an appointment. When we got there we waited a bit for a sales person who seemed completely disinterested in us. Then he said that they do not have the Kia Rio in this lot and that he was going to try to sell us the Kia Forte for a close price. We said that we were not interested in the Forte and wanted to test drive the Rio and discuss its price. The guy told us to wait and went somewhere else. After a few minutes we see him talking to some other customers. I went to speak to the person that I originally spoke with over the phone but she did not seem interested and called someone else over who also wanted to sell us the Forte and claimed they did not have the Rio. Then he said he would call us when they brought it in from that lot and walked away to some other customers. At that point I walked up to him and said not to bother as we would not be doing business with them anymore! These people are liars and cheats who simply don't care! They tell you they have the car you want only to try and sell you another and completely dismiss you if you don't want that one even though you had an appointment with them. More

Quick and Stress free I hate car shopping. I have been shopping around for a used truck for a few months and it has been painful. The whole "what do we have to do to make a I hate car shopping. The whole "what do we have to do to make a deal today" line just shows me that all they want is the sale and they are not worried about you being comfortable with the sale. THIS WAS NOT THE EXPERIENCE AT RT 23 KIA, and Im guessing a large part of that was due to Emily Cummings. I came in looking at a used truck they had from a competing brand and although her knowledge of the truck was limited she answered every question i had and went out of her way to figure out some of the unfamiliar options on this vehicle. I was a little on the fence about the truck after the test drive but Emily wasn't rushed, she was very thorough and gave me time to be comfortable with the idea of buying this truck. She even bought be a slice of pizza because she it was getting late and she knew i was hungry. Its the little things like that which show you that she cares. I don't know about the rest of the sales staff but i would def recommend Emily Cummings if you are looking for a new vehicle. More

GO SEE EMILY, you won’t regret it. I am probably the biggest pain when it comes to car shopping because I always end up getting what I want. I have helped both friends and family buy and lease cars over the years because they know I get a great deal. I am always well researched and am ready to walk away if I don't get what I want. I finally met my match with Route 23 Kia because they bent over backwards to get me the exact car I wanted for a price that was better than any other dealer in the state. I liked Route 23 Kia from the start for two reasons. 1. They are a small dealership so I feel they appreciate their customers more than the big guys. 2. Emily Cummings Emily was my original contact at the dealership as she works in internet sales. She ended up being the person who got my wife and I back in the door to sign the deal. She is ethical and a very hard worker which are rare attributes in the car game. She also does something employees that no other car dealer did, listened. She listened to our concerns and we exchanged nearly 100 emails over the course of 3 weeks. She made sure to get the exact car I wanted down to the small details. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Go see Emily and get yourself a great car at a fair price. More
