Warranty I leased a car in December,2015 and purchased a Wear and Tear WArranty for $799. I returned this leased vehicle and I had $455 worth of damages. I was told by warranty company that I wasnot covered because they purchased a different warranty that was for roadside assistance and it didnot cover wear and tear. When I asked for my money back since I didnot get the policy I paid for, the sales manager, Sal refused to give me my money back and lied to me saying I had a better policy. I didnot have a better policy; I had the wrong policy. He was rude and told me a bunch of lies. My family has bought several cars here and I am a repeat customer. I have referred numerous people here. My contract clearly says Lease Wear and Tear Warranty. They cannot be trusted. The sales person was great and was accommodating and honest ,however; the Sales Manager didnot follow the same customer relation policy. He was rude and dishonest and put a negative twist on my entire experience. More

Friendly and Easy to Work With We came in one evening and worked with Emily Cummings on a lease deal. We told her what we wanted, she came around with the vehicle we described we w We came in one evening and worked with Emily Cummings on a lease deal. We told her what we wanted, she came around with the vehicle we described we were interested in. We test drove it all around and Emily helped us work out a lease payment we were comfortable with and we were also able to trade in our old SUV to add to our down payment. We couldn't be more excited with our 2019 Kia Sorento with all of the bells and whistles.
