There was a lot of back-and-forth regard the final price and payment, which really didn't have anything to do with Emily as it was haggling that involved the finance team. And even then she worked very hard to get us to a resolution. I negotiate VERY hard with auto dealers and Route 23 Kia was not only up to the challenge, but, made me happy in the end. I would recommend Emily and Route 23 Kia if you're in the market for a car. More
